Sometimes the remotes work, sometimes they don't, i don't understand them. They always work to shut the controller off, but turning it on, half the time they will, half the time I have to hit the button on the controller which i had to mount in a very inconvenient place to access.

A friend of mine had her car stolen a little while ago. That made me think about affordable theft prevention systems I could get installed on my Honda. After some research, I came across this device. To my great surprise, I didn't even need anybody else's help to install it. I am not overly mechanically skilled, but connecting it was really a thing of a few minutes. Works like a charm too and saves me money along the way as I don't have to invest in some expensive alarm system or theft monitoring service.

We originally got this because my moms car battery kept dying so we'd have to jump it almost every morning even if we turned everything off. Solved her problem great.

The installation took about five minutes and was super-easy. This little device adds a) a layer of security against vehicle theft and b) also helps to keep your vehicle's battery in operating condition if you haven't started the car in a while. What irks me is the manufacturer's advice to install an additional fuse between the switch and the load for "optimal safety". Well, if you - the maker of this thing - are concerned about optimal safety, why didn't YOU equip the product with such a 20-cent fuse right from the factory? But whatever, adding it took another three minutes, so no big deal.

A great way to add additional security for your vehicle. Took about 10 minutes to easily install. You can manually turn on/off battery at the source or use the 2 supplied remotes to turn battery on/off. A great additional theft control device for any vehicle with a 12 volt battery.

The quality of this battery disconnector is better than I expected. Not only is the iron part thick, but the plastic part is also strong. The seller also equipped two remote controls with batteries, which saved me from running to the supermarket. The installation was very simple and only took me ten minutes. After my test, it worked properly. It is much more convenient than the manual switch I bought before. I recommend buying this product.
