This is my review for now I had to see if it really worked because I was skeptical because of a review but wanted to share this review to justify it works. Waiting for a full moon to see this baby in action or those moons that are closest to earth. It said it was the best seller or amazons choice it’s a good size, not to big. I like the quality or material if that’s a better word. It is very durable. Good price especially when on sale ;p functions well when placed on a stable location. Very stable when placed down on flat surface. Great view. Beautiful detailed lenses. Easy to assemble. Trying to upload a video but it’s not working.

I got this product for my nephew's 8th birthday and he loved it. We had to help him set it up but he was able to learn it quickly and was very fascinated.

Easy to set up and perfect for beginners, this telescope gives kids a fun way to explore the night sky. Great for moon gazing, but don’t expect super sharp details on distant planets.

Moving to an area with less light pollution made me want to share some sky watching with my nephew, and this tabletop telescope fits that role perfectly. Assembly took no time, and it comes with multiple eyepieces for different viewing options. I like that the large lense cover is attached so I don't lose it!The short tripod means you'll need a table, car hood, or stable surface to set it on - something to keep in mind when planning your stargazing sessions. While you could probably adapt it to a full-size tripod, it works fine as-is for casual viewing.About the rating: I judge products based on what they deliver for the price point. This telescope isn't competing with observatory gear, but it's perfect for introducing kids to astronomy without a huge investment.Bottom line: Solid starter scope for sharing the night sky with young astronomers. Just plan your viewing setup around having a stable surface to put it on.

This telescope doesn't focus on anything. It's tiny, very lightweight, and must be used on a table. The lense was scratched right out of the box. Very disappointed in this. Don't waste your money, spend a little more and get a better product.

My nephew LOVED this gift. It’s very sturdy and one of the reasons I chose it is because you can detach it from the tripod and just look up at the sky through the telescope. It’s easy for him to carry around (he’s 8) and so far it’s exceeded my expectations!
