I am still pretty new to felting, and wasn't sure what to expect with this tool. I initially tried it on an alpaca yarn to no effect, but I put that squarely on the yarn.Next i tried some regular wool roving, and yes it did felt up quickly. I'm not sure what the best technique to use is, but I don't feel like the tool gave me any special control over the shape (or if it's even meant to.) I just ended up with a wad of felt.I'll certainly keep these blocks in my tool kit and do a little more research on techniques. They feel sturdy and will last me for a while.

I got these to press stamps with and they work great. They're durable and made out of a nice smooth plastic with no rough spots or seams. They're very small and compact at under 4 inches across which is perfect for smaller projects and makes them easy to store. I don't use these for fiber crafts, they also work great for small stamp printing!

It didn't work as well on standard wet felting. It would be better suited for Nuno felting
