Overall clear instructions, stainless steel components are substantial and fit very tightly and seamlessly together with screw anchors. Very attractive towel rack that will be very helpful especially in those bathroom spaces where there may be space constraints or challenges installing towel racks. Note that this rack would work best with standard size towels - I included a picture here of the rack with an oversize towel, and while it can be used the folded towel is wider than the rack and it is very close to the base at the bottom. While very well packaged, one of the assembly rods (part "D") arrived damaged with a dent as seen in picture, though it is still functional and strong to use. Also some advice on assembly that is not clear in the instructions- the tiny anchor screw that you put in last at the base of the rod (see picture close-up with the marble) - very important for you to first tighten everything so that the two racks are parallel, then that screw seals that in place. It can take some adjusting and retightening of all the pieces to get the two racks properly aligned and all connections tight.

The rack was easy enough to put together, but right out of the box the base was scratched and one of the columns was dented.Assembled it looks fine; definitely strong enough to hold a few towels.
