Absolutely love it! My cat instantly took to it and hasn’t climbed out in at least an hour now, just snoozing away! Easy assembly and install, the suction cups were honestly stronger than I anticipated.

I was very excited to get this for my kitty. She loves sitting on the back of the sofa looking out the window. This gave her an even better view. Until today, I would have given this 5 stars, the bars are sturdy, easy to assemble, soft, and I love that it can be folded up when you want to close the curtains. However, the zipper on the pad has stripped. I heard something when my kitty was stepping onto it and I looked and the entire zipper is stripped. It’s useless without the pad. I’m really hoping they have good customer service and will replace this since I’ve only had it a short time. If they do, I will certainly change my rating. My kitty is not even a year old and not very big, this should not have happened in a couple weeks.**Edit** I contacted customer service and was given the option of a refund or a replacement. I chose replacement and within 2 days I received a brand new one. I highly recommend this product to anyone looking to give their kitty a nice window view.

My girls instantly loved it. It comes in a lot of parts but it worth putting it all together bc my cats enjoy sitting in the window. One suction cup doesn’t work as well but the other three definitely compensate.Lots of room and can hold both. They are 1 yr old.

We bought this model, as well as another one. This is a more rigid tubular design, compared to the version that has steel cables. This one also can be flipped up when not in use. Easily holds our 16lb (7kg) heavy cat. Put a well used blanket on top of the hammock and your cats will quickly make it their new resting place.

Honestly, I was a little hesitant about ordering this. One of our cats is a lil girl, probably about 10lbs of hyperactive menace. The other screams for food and choosing a spot to lay down for the day is about as much activity as she gets, so she's definitely the heavier of the two. I wasn't sure if this would ACTUALLY hold the cat(s) or if the suction cups would groan and strain under their extra cushion weight and send them plummeting three feet to their doom (this is perched right above their water bowl).I have had this up for months now and have had ZERO issue, the chonky cat actually loves this more than her lil sister which surprised me but it has become a favorite perch to lay and chatter at the birds outside! I have never had to adjust the suction cups, they have stayed fully and completely secured and never budged!Also love that it folds up, so that we can still close the blinds when the bed is not in use!

Right out of the box I was slightly worried because this looks a little complicated to put together, but the instructions are super clear and it took me 5 mins. Theres added hardware if you want to mount this to your wall, but honestly the window seems like a safer bet. With cats jumping on and off of it I would worry about the screws loosening over time from the holes in the dry wall getting bigger. As for installing on windows, the suction cups are heavier duty than any i have ever seen and aren't going anywhere, they're really strong. The screw attached the suction cup is actually imbedded inside of it super well, my cats are chunky and this this isnt budging. Covers also machine washable which is nice, but I wouldnt throw it in the dryer. 10/10 on safety

Very impressed with this product! The quality is great and it's easy to assemble. I love that you can suction it to a window or mount it on a wall! I am so impressed that I am ordering more to place in other areas of my house. The suction cups hold well. My fur babies are loving this new hang-out area to watch the birds or just take a comfy cat nap! I really like that it can be folded up at night so I can close the curtains. This is a wonderful product at a fantastic price!
