I found out after I purchased this that none of the windows in my apartment actually fit this hammock, but I have it on the floor in front of our sliding glass doors and my cat sits in it to watch the birds outside. The fabric is soft and it was super easy to set up. If you're specifically buying it for window use, make sure it will actually work with your windows/windowsill first!

on one level this worked great, but it broke really easily which caused my pet to fall to the ground.

Beautiful cat hammock. Exactly as described and very easy to assemble. Instructions were clear and precise. Sadly I didn’t think to make sure it was compatible with my windows so it doesn’t fit BUT it works perfectly on the floor and my big guy still loves it!

My apartment was built in the 70's, the type of single hung windows I have don't work with this product. The end that hooks into the window is too close for the window to close, so unless you have single hung windows without a lip on the pane, or are okay with your window being open a couple of inches, you're probably not going to be able to use this product. It also won't work with awning windows, sliding windows, or casement windows. Ideally you want to have a window like the one in the picture of the product.

Affordable, pretty, sturdy, easy to assemble.But the frame is several layers of thin sheets and one side came split down the middle and this thing creaks a lot when my skinny kitty is moving around on it. but it hasnt fell and doesnt feel like its going to fall. if i close the window ill have no worries that this will fall down unless the screws loosen or the cheap wood snaps. it does the job but i could be happier.Great Customer Service. but add a way to make the metal hooks grip your window. metal windows on metal hooks can be a problem. might not be an issue with your windows.

I purchased this cat hammock to give my feline a cozy perch, and it’s been a huge hit! Sturdy, comfortable, easy to use, cats love it. Not only good for windows also hooks nicely to the end of my bed. Also the design is great when it's not hooked to anything, great little free standing beds. Note he is a very large cat, 2 regular size cats fit perfectly too.
