at first i was regretting getting it, because i thought it does not scroll. but it does. just download the software from the kensington website and it can let you customize the buttons and you can set them for scrolling. very very happy with this. my wrist are not stressed anymore and i dont need a new mouse pad

Unfortunately the trackball is too small for the hole that it sits in. You will find the ball moving out of place instead of rotating smoothly--make the movements somewhat jerky instead of a smooth fluid movement. Kensington could easily improve the product by offering a larger trackball.

Received item on October 8th and was happy with it at first, BUT.... the item started working sporadically (little to no cursor control and buttons frequently did not respond) at the end of November, and by December 1st it 95% non-functional (little to no cursor control, little to sporadic function from the buttons. I am retired and this item does not receive heavy usage. Then to boot, Less than 2 months of use and no longer eligible for an Amazon return! Thirty-Five dollar lesson learned. Do not buy this product unless you only want short (and I do mean short) term usage for you money!!!!

When you have 2 or 3 screens, the mousepad comes up short.This is a great way to expand beyond the limits of a tiny rubber pad/

If you like orbitballs this one is the best. I have one for all 4 of my computers and bought one to keep at work. Less arm stress and less carpal tunnel pain you see others get who work on a computer all day.

This has been amazing for the type of gaming I do in life. I have not had a issue with this at all and I do plan to buy another one in the future that has a scroll wheel lol that is kinda needed for the games I do have haha but over all this was a fast and easy to use mouse and I am proud to have it.

Ce produit a été utilisé pour des jeux. Il convient très bien pour des enfants car ils ont moins de difficultés et c'est beaucoup plus stable pour eux.

Measurements were wrong, as I recall. From the front, by the Kensington name, to the back, by the cord, measures 5-3/4". Side to side, just under 5".I forgot there might not be a means to scroll and this has no scroll ring. However, to keep hands flexible this ball situated dead center on the device allows any of my three middle fingers to use the big ball.
