I use this for my diabetic needles and pen type injectors. Holds a lot and I live the plastic slide cover on top so it stays closed, better than the one had before that popped up. This is more convenient for me since I suffer from arthritis.

This is my second purchase of this sharps container. The lid snaps on good and tight and does not come off. For a single user on an insulin pump, this lasts a long time. I don't often use syringes, but there are parts to each reservoir and tubing and CGM inserter that contains needles. I also find it handy to dispose of my used test strips.
