I never thought I'd spend money on something I would just throw away, but this was worth it. No more stashing used lancets in the pocket of my meter and forgetting, etc. I just have to remember to slide the cover until it clicks. But it's so small it fits right in the bag with my meter so I always have a sharps container so I can check my sugar pretty much anywhere without worrying about disposal. Will definitely buy again.

Only large enough for small needles and not large enough for the needle screw cap. Otherwise works great, stayed close & once locked, stays locked.

I wanted this for my travels. I had a trip to Europe planned, and I needed something to dispose of the lancets I use for checking my glucose. It is compact and sturdy. I easily closes to keep the contents from spilling, but it will not accidently open. I used it for a 17 day trip, and it still has enough room in it for several more trips. I don't have accurate an estimate on how many lancets it will hold, but I believe it would hold at least 50. Overall, an excellent purchase for a reasonable price. It did arrive fairly quickly.
