Worked perfectly for exactly two years. Cabinet still storms on and compressor runs, but will not get below 63 degrees. Kegco customer service consists of an automated answering machine. No messages are ever returned, and I can’t find a way to talk to a human being there. Local repair company said it’s likely a refrigerant leak, recharging would be several hundred dollars with no guarantee that it wouldn’t just leak out again. For $1500, I would expect the unit to last more than 24 months, or at least have some sort of customer service backing. Would not recommend.

I am impressed with the quality, features, and accessories if this kegerator. I had looked at multiple brands and styles of kegerators and this unit had the most bang for the buck. Assembled easily and works as expected. Plus, the unit came with a few additional items that I was not expecting, including caster wheels, two stainless steel door handles to choose from, and a stainless steel removable interior bottom.Operation: It is quiet, cools to exact temp as set (verified with thermometer), looks fantastic, and has the features of commercial units (hose to cool tower, air recirculation fan, knock-out plug to run external CO2, and more).Rating: Would have rated it as 5 stars but both door handles were scratched and interior shelf (where CO2 tank sits) was dented from items being packaged inside of kegerator. Neither were reason to return the unit and I am pleased with the purchase. Would highly recommend.

Two ice cold kegs on tap. Currently have Set-Up as free standing but plan on putting a counter over top. Looks great. Easy to set up and clean.

I ordered this in late 2018. When it arrived, one of the two faucets would not seat correctly and leaked. After troubleshooting, the Beverage Factory sent another and it seated correctly. Then, after a few months one of the taps started leaking slowly (foaming). It still works but I have to clean it often. Then, 13 months later, the refrigeration unit does not work. Can't get below 45 degrees. Beverage Factory asked me to submit a ton of info and then never called me back. Do not buy.

The product itself seemed nice. Air cooled tower and accessory kit. There were multiple missing or incorrectly described items. There were no screws for the 2 door handle options (which is nice) so had to find the right screws at local store. Also, this is a two tap keg with a description and picture of a two tap regulator. The regulator supplied is for one keg and so an additional part must be purchased to make it compatible and operate the two taps. Pretty dumb. Also, while my item wasn’t dented as badly as the other reviewers, the box did come in pretty bad shape and there were a few (about 5) small but noticeable dents on the front stainless steel door. By the time I got the kegerator installed into its built in position and noticed the issue, it was sort of too late.I was disappointed in the accuracy and completeness of the accessory package as well as the condition in which the product was delivered, but had hopes the unit itself would lasts. Unfortunately, exactly one year and a month from purchase it slowly got worse and worse at maintaining cool and ran excessively. Eventually, the kegerator couldnt hold 45 degrees and I called Kegco and troubleshooted for about 72 hours through several of their concerns. I inspected the condenser fan, reset the unit after a full 24 hour defrost, recooled with temperature probes and eventually Kegco agreed to replace the unit.Simultaneously, my home had been detecting borderline high concerning levels of VOCs on an Awair air sensor. When I moved the sensor to the room with the kegerator it went off the chart. I now know that there was a significant slow R600a (isobutane) refrigerant leak which caused the kegerator failure.Ultimately, Kegco owned up and their tech support team was actually quite nice. I had to mail in my serial number sticker and cut off the last 6 inches of the power cord. I expect to receive a replacement in the next week or two. For the original purchase cost, there are some significant issues but the company is honest and seems to be following through. I will further update my review after I receive my replacement. Per Kegco, they now upgraded the compressors and it seems this was a product flaw affecting several units when you read the reviews. More commonly, people get too much frost on their units and that leads to a cooling failure.I’d recommend Kegco includes a 3-5 year manufacturer defect warranty (extend from 1 since many customers may be turned off from this kind of expense for lack of piece of mind). Also, I’d suggest they sell the 2 tap kit with a proper 2 tap and guage CO2 regulator and Perlick faucets and low profile keg connectors since the interior height of the fridge is also a problem for some sixtels. For $1500, you should get a perfect setup piece of mind. I have a whole bunch of useless accessory kit parts now from the crummy kit. Buy the fridge alone and accessories separately until they provide a better kit. The included CO2 tank is nice and the cleaning pump and solution are useful. Otherwise, it’s all junk in the kit. Drippy faucets, keg connectors without enough head room for lines, crappiest CO2 regulator and you’ll have to buy at least a splitter if not replace the whole thing with a more proper 2 regulator CO2 system so you can have kegs at 2 different PSIs (like a stout and a lager on at the same time).

Working well, good quality. Arrived with a dented door which was not worth returning it. At first there was a lot of foam with the first couple beers. I replaced the beer lines with 10 feet lines which works great. Not sure why they would not do this.
