So first off the kegerator came in damaged, scratches and dents in the casing. Declined another unit because I would have to take off work and be home to accept the delivery. Wouldn't send me replacement panels only gave me $60 off. Ok so whatever, kegerator was hidden and couldn't see damaged sides. 6 months later it stops keeping temperature, have it set for 35 and its at 45. Randomly comes on and gets to temperature but doesn't hold temperature. I thought I was buying a good kegco product but obviously you can't get anything good through Amazon. What a shame, I'd expect more for $1,000.

This kegerator is great. Air cooled and has a hose from the fan to the tower. Lighting in side also. All the equipment is top quality also. Had a small issue and the company was very responsive. Kayla stayed in touch every day until the issue was resolved. Don’t buy another brand. I love a great responsive company.

Overall very pleased with the product. Couple of reasons for the lack of a fifth star. First, the documentation was horrible and confusing. We had track down online instructions to assemble it and had to resort to a YouTube video from a college kid to see how to actually tap the keg.Then there's the piece that holds the C02 tank inside of the kegerator. You are supposed to be able to fit it over two washer-like mounts, but either the washer was too big or the holes in the metal holder were ever so slightly too small. We had to unscrew the washer-mounts and reattach them to make it work.Finally, the hose clamps were too small and unusable. We contacted tech support at Kegco and they were very professional and helpful and are sending out the correct clamps.

THe product is great, but whoever delivered the package was not careful with it at all. It showed up broken inside the box so I had to return it. The replacement they sent was almost as banged up but I was sick of waiting so I just hammered out the giant dent in the bottom of the unit and it seems to be working fine now.

Hi, this unit was advertised as having two commercial D system couplers in it. It did not. Spent an additional $70 for them. Very disappointing to get the configuration almost all done and find that out. Poor instructions. Try adding a numbered parts list. Thanks.
