Its a nice kegerator, but apparently it was kissed by a forklift certified genius. It still works... for now. It's worth the money if it doesn't come molested by the shipping crew.

Overall, I love it, fresh cold beer! To start, Kegerator was laying on side in delivery truck, I let it sit till the next day. Unboxing, nothing looked damaged. Got it put together, plugged it in, noticed a grinding sound from inside. The internal circulation fan was making a terrible noise.I contacted Amazon, they wanted me to box up and ship back. I live in rural Colorado, nearest place to ship out is 35 miles. I told them that wasn't a good option for me. I have video of the fan noise and let them hear it over the phone.Amazon offered me 199.99 off the price, I took it.When I got the fan out, the fan had a broken blade that was catching when running.The fan is screwed inside the fan housing with 4 screws, 2 screws hold the housing in under 2 cover plugs.It's an 80x80x10 12v axial fan, I found an exact replacement, on sale, from Amazon, for almost $9.The 3 stars for assembly, that's because of the fan issues I had to deal with.Mine came with insulated tower, I upgraded my faucet with a Perlick.I bought tower cooling fan and hooked it up to a smart plug. I can have Alexa turn on beer tap on way home from work. I have a separate review for that.It holds temp well and my liquid temp is always within 1 degree of digital display. I would definitely recommend!Beer is 8 sec Kolsch, from Elevation Brewing, in Poncha springs, Colorado.

This kegerator is really a good deal for the money, the faucet is insulated which is a nice feature and its quiet. Mine mistakenly came with a nitrogen regulator so I called Kegco and they sent me a CO2 regulator right away no problem.

This is my 8th kegerator. This one is by far my favorite. It big enough to have the CO2 inside and the temps reach 32 degrees as advertised. One tip, do not use the provided hose clamps of the gas line. Replace them with stainless standard hose clamps. The provided clamps left me with a small leak. Only got 3 kegs out of a tank.

This unit replaces a lower cost model. It's extremely quiet. The components like the pressure regulator are top quality. Having the temperature adjustment on the from is great ( no more pulling the old one out from the wall to adjust it) . It cools the beer to exactly the temp you set it to. If you drink any type of tall keg buy the KegWorks Keg Coupler Elbow-90 Degree, 3/8" Bore, Chrome.

When my kegerator arrived I plugged it in and it made so much noise I thought it was going to take off. I contacted customer service and they seemed very happy to help. My customer service person was Hannah. I held my phone to the unit and she agreed there was a problem. After she spoke to her supervisor they offered to send me a new fan and they would hire someone to come to my home to install it. Hannah kept me very updated on the progress. Been there before with other companies and ended up no where. now for my opinion of the Beverage factory. I would highly recommend to any one. Customer service A+. Updates A+. Speed of repair A+. I just cannot praise the customer service enough . My overall opinion on the Beverage Factoryis thyr are very big on customer support and making the customer happy. Thank you very much Beverage Factory for the smooth experience.
