I have a kramer pacer that the saddle stripped out, of course it was the floyd rose special, figured id give these a try and im glad i did, do pay attention to the radius so you dont get them out of order, have noticed they added a little more brighness in tone but honestly the guitar sounded a little muddy so they solved 2 problems at once, people have said that their a little jagged and sharp but i havent really noticed, i'll admit the edges arent rolled or contoured but ive had no issues, probably will equip all of my floyd rose specials with these saddles

My Floyd Rose that came with my guitar was garbage pot metal. Upgraded to this all steel construction and it is an amazing upgrade.

They are advertised as Steel saddles. But a magnet doesn't attract them. I think they are machined from high quality aircraft aluminum billet... But they are Not Steel

Way better than any of the saddles you would get from Floyd Rose Probably not as good as titanium but still for the money these can't be beat

These are great floyd saddles for the money.my sustain has gone up a little bit. The only issue i have is they're a little taller than the special saddles that came on them! That being said. Your action will need to be adjusted for this! But I lowered the post to the body and it works! Solid saddles for the money! I will say that if they made lower profile versions. These would destroy floyd rose saddles hands down! I will buy again!

Dropped these into a licensed jackson floyd rose special, definitely and upgrade from the zinc saddles that will strip out easily which is why i needed to replace mine, they sit a slight bit taller but after adjusting my bridge posts all is great! Best part was these are machined well and when tightening down the intonation lock bolts they don’t have that wiggle/rotation that the floyd special ones do leading to the string lock bolt sitting slightly crooked. I would definitely buy these again for my other floyd equipped guitars

Love these saddles! Direct drop in to FR Special. So probably works for all Floyds. I can't speak on any licensed garbage nor would I. These will change your tone. I already had a 34mm brass block installed. I sounded great before. Now, the sustain is even better! The tone is fuller. I love my Gotoh GE1996's, but after this upgrade they sound thin compared to the Floyd. The old saddles would pop very easy. The stainless steel saddles (and they are SS, I checked with a magnet) actually flatten the string. Its going no where. Only gripe is the corners are sharp. Not even a gripe. Gave me an excuse to use my Dremel. Once smoothed out, it couldn't be more comfortable when palm muting. They are straight forward and well made. No finish but close enough to chrome. Probably look great on a black plate. For less than half the price of OFR, don't hesitate.

Upon first glance, these saddles are solid and nicely machines. I have a brand new Kramer Pacer Classic Series with the Floyd Rose Special, so I thought these looked like a nice upgrade for the cast zinc saddles. I have an amazon set of imitation Jazz/JB pickups, Floyd Rose push in bar, Brass big block and a trem stabilizer with the EVH D-Tuna. Sound wise, the stainless steel makes the guitar chime. A little closer to a Strat with balls than the traditional humbucker growl. Problem is, I got the guitar put together, played a little at home, brought it to an open mic, a couple songs in, the high E string snapped at the saddle doing a Leslie West style bend. Went home , did a quick check, everything looked good, replaced the whole set of strings (after a week), stretched the strings out, played a little at home, brought it to open mic and again, a couple songs in and the high E snaps doing a bend. When it first happened, I thought it might have slipped out if the lick block, but the string end only had the slight bend of the saddle, not the sharp bend that would go into the lock block. Second time it happened, it looks the same. There's gotta be a sharp end or something in there that doesn't like big bends. I'm going to have to look at it under magnification and polish it up before I take this guitar back out. Or I'll have to revert to the original saddles and save up for some OFR or FU-Tone titanium blocks.
