Bought this to replace similar faulty one on my cheap Gretsch streamliner. Using the supplied posts it fit perfectly. 2 screws are far too long, but the original ones fitted. This is actually the Epiphone wraparound bridge, as it had it stamped underneath but was partially removed. The contact points are wider than the original Gretsch one, which gives a much better sound. Will see if it lasts longer then the stock one as the Epiphone ones are ok, but it was only £10.

Dropped right in to the an Epiphone Jr. With no modifications!

Perfect for my LP style guitar build. I followed instructions I found online and drilled the holes in the guitar body. Installed the bridge posts and bridge. Strung up my guitar, adjusted the bridge for height, and checked my intonation. Pretty much spot on. Very happy.

This compensated bridge is nearly perfect for a modern Les Paul Jr with bridge posts drilled perpendicular to the neck. Mine is a vintage 1955 guitar with slanted bridge posts and in order to get string lengths right required me to remove the bass adjustment screw and run the treble side adjustment screw nearly all the way in. This resulted in string lengths that agreed with my other Gibson guitars and intonated properly. It does look a bit awkward with the treble end of the bridge backed far off the post but it doesn't seem unstable. I don't play with super low action and this did adjust to a very comfortable height. How does it sound? Noticeably improved. The strings break cleanly at the bridge so there is no more "sitar effect" with the highest strings. Notes ring clean, chords sound strong and in tune both in open position and well up the neck.Other niggles- There are fairly sharp edges at the wrap around which I may file and polish smooth to avoid breaking strings. This is not a simple drop in replacement but with a bit of TLC I think it will work out fine. Certainly worth $10.00

Poor fit, sharp edges, and too high on one end.

I bought this for a low-end Gretsch Streamliner that had very short set-screws. When I found this one, the first thing I looked for were the length of the set-screws. These are very long! Too long, if I'm being honest, but in view of my issue I'll deal with them sticking out the back of the bridge. My new guitar is now playable!

PRS Chi-Kit. Bang for the buck. I have too much invested in this project already so I did not go with an Aluminum Wraparound nor the intonated. I will say that this unit has plenty of resonance. I elected to notch the saddles but my tools lack precision. Rings like a bell. I am going to build some guitars around this bridge. Buy it.
