Very good quality new learning experience in chopping vegetables. Once I got used to the knife, it works better than a standard knife. You can use it to also pick up the chopped material vegetables, etc.. works very well

This is an entry-level cleaver knife and it provides good value. The weight is well balanced with sturdy and solid construction and a classic design. The blade itself is quite sharp and effective in slicing, dicing and shredding. The wood handle is ergonomic and comfortable to the touch. I also like that it came in a nice box that can be gift-wrapped and fitting for stocking stuffer. For the price range of sub-$20, it is an affordable cleaver and comparable to other brands on the market.

It comes with nice leather like case that you can snap and secure which is great because it's sharp. Cuts through veggies and meat like butter, I was surprised at how well it slices and so smooth. Great purchase.

I ordered this knife for my husband for Christmas. It came on time and the quality of the knife is amazing. He absolutely loves this knife and plans on using it a lot.

This is a all-purpose knife. It's total length is 12.2 inches, and the blade length is 7.3 inches. It is made with high carbon steel, full tang, great balance and a flat spine. It comes with a cleaning cloth and a beautiful simple leather sheath that is well sewn and reinforced with rivets. It is called a boning knife, or osteotomy knife. (I had to look up what that means, and it means to surgically remove bones.) I don't know about any of that, because I am using this as a multi-purpose camping knife. It has a wonderful sharp edge and being high carbon steel will be easy to throw a spark. It has great balance and weight. I'm not particularly fond of the textured part, but that's okay as it adds to the interest. I'm pretty sure you could safely baton with this if you wanted to. It is a little long to be an EDC knife, but other than that, it would work perfectly. You could cut vegetables with this knife, and also butcher small game. I cannot speak to the culinary aspects of this knife, other than it is easy to sharpen and holds a sharp edge. This is a handsome knife of excellent quality and I am happy to have it!

I was pretty excited about this knife, however I was also very skeptical. Good kitchen knives are not cheap. This one came in a nice box and looks really good. However, it wouldn't even cut a paper towel unless I held it very tightly. I tried shaving hair on my arm, cutting paper, and a paper towel. This knife is DULL.I haven't sharpened the knife yet, but it is stainless steel, so I don't really have high hopes that it'll do much better with a normal sharpening. Not impressed at all.Would not recommend. Giving 3 stars just for the looks and case.
