I'm a Repair Technician by trade, and have had the opportunity to use a pretty decent amount of microscopes for microsoldering. While I wouldn't say this one is my favorite, it more than does the job for an at-home station. It's better than any micro-camera setup I've been forced to use in the past that's for sure.My biggest complaint however is the length of the cable provided for the light and fan.

I fell in love with it in no time.The level of maginification, focus and light source are great.I bought it for both electronics repair, work, and also for watchmaking. I've tried it out in both areas and am very happy with it. The quality appears amazing for the price.
