Bought two. Red was so sim you couldn't see it. Green worked one night and that was it. The mechanism keeping light on is sporadic at best. I would not buy again.

The light is very dim and cannot be seen from very far away. Spent more time walking around looking for the tip up then actually fishing. Takes a lot of shaking for the light to switch color. I have 3 different kinds of tip ups and none would set this light off

The item was delivered damaged. The worst of it is paying returned postage for something that was delivered damaged.

Attach to tip up flag wire and this makes the flag and around the hole visible in the dark. The tip up flag wire had to be modified slightly (bent down) to prevent engagement when not tripped. I placed bells on the flag wire as well to give an audible sound when tripped as well.

After reading the reviews I thought they would be great. VERY disappointed. Don't waste your money. I had 4 frabill lights and I bought a 10 pack of just the tip lights and they were not nearly as bright as the frabill lights. If you're closer to other people and you don't want them to see your tip ups go up then buy these....if you want to see them from any distance at all then don't buy these

I have been very satisfied with my purchase. They work great on my tip ups and you can't miss the bright light when the flag goes up! The lights are easy to put on and take off. I did purchase my lights on their website.

These lights are amazing. Easy to use, even the grandkids can attach their own lights. The first time we used them we were surprised at how bright they were. We could sit in the comfort of the cabin and still see if we had a fish on, saved lots of trips up and down the hill to "just check to see if there was a fish"! Customer service is great. I ordered some more on a Thursday evening and they were in my mailbox Monday afternoon. I would definitely recommend "Just The Tip - Tip up Light"

These are very bright, small, easy to use, fit in a pocket plus work great on my tip ups and tip downs. I purchased on their website, great lights and the only ones that I found to fit tip downs too!
