It doesn't work the way I'd hoped. I thought I could fill the cooler, use the milk in the cooler over a few days, then clean and refill the stainless container. But it doesn't work that way.I found that if I leave the cooler filled overnight, the milk sours (even though the cooler is on and set to the correct temperature). I have tried recalibrating it, using smaller amounts of milk, cleaning it every other day, and a lot of troubleshooting; I really wanted this little cooler to work for me!Now, I keep a stainless steel cup in my refrigerator for everyday use. It is WAY less work to just take the cup in and out of the fridge than to constantly fight the milk spoiling and not knowing if my drink will taste bad.If I have guests over, I pull the cooler out to use it for a few hours since it's excellent for that. But, I wanted it to make my everyday mornings easier, which it does not.If I ever see a Jura milk cooler on the counter at a hotel or public space, I will supply my own milk because I know that without tons of maintenance/cleaning, this little cooler is just a place milk goes to spoil.My household makes 4-5 milk drinks a day - for reference.

If you read the milk cooler manual you will find out this is not,want for continuous use overnight which makes it not as convenient as one would want it to be. Also the milk is not kept at a temp of 38 which is what it should be. The cooler kept it at 40-41.

Works, but does not keep milk at 39 degrees as it is supposed to....mine stayed between 40 and 41

Perfect for the office - we have 20+ employees easy to use, and the milk level sensor is a great help for those drinks to ensure milk availability.
