I had this model for about 8 years and was very happy with it. This model is the 18200 with 1500 watt, is the higher end, and mine recently stopped working, so I ordered a new one from here at $54, but was sent the lower end model 18202 with 800 watt that sells for $29. Needless to say, I was very disappointed and felt cheated. I reordered, so lets see what I get tomorrow. PEOPLE, check your model #.

Perfect little expresso machine . Kind of small compared to the old one I had a Krupp ... Still very pleased with the coffee maker ... it takes no time to brew a cup.

I liked the size and style and it seemed to be made well. The first time using it the coffee came out quickly but when I tried the steam frother but the attachment came flying off and splattered hot coffee. The second time , I got half the coffee and it was just warm. even though I put the frother on tightly it came off again. the third time, half way through. the light went off and stopped brewing. I let some steam off from the wand, it came back on but I got only a small amount of coffee. The last time I tried it the light was going on and off and I got cool coffee. It had a 5 star rating so I tried it.It seems to be made well --so I am not sure if it was just maybe a defective machine. i went years with Krups machines with very few problems.
