Espresso machine is SO simple and easy to use! I pressed the clean option a few times just because stuff did keep coming out (which is what it says to do FIRST before using) but it’s all clean water now!I paid $70 for this machine and I’m very pleased with the functionality and the ease of use. I washed all of the pieces that I could, and used bottled water for the water container.The milk frother is great and gives you a good amount, and the coffee is delicious!! Now I can save money by just using this!! I love my lattes!! The taste is rich and very smooth, it will need time to “break in” to get that “coffee shop” taste but I am not complaining of the quality! (I use Starbucks’ blonde espresso coffee grounds) My other coffee machine was NOT as good as this one and I’m absolutely in love with this one!My only issue is how loud it is, but every time I hear it I just can’t complain because the aroma this machine makes is just!!!!!— 😍😍😍 10 stars if I could!!!P.S MOVE THE MILK FROTHER TUBE TO YOUR MUG BEFORE PRESSING THE CLEAN OPTION!! Or else water will spill everywhere!! SO easy to clean! The value of this is great!!

Broke after 2 weeks. Used 5-6 times then no coffee would come out of portafilter 2 holes. Cleaned with brush, water backed up when coffee in metal disc and when empty. Poor design with no drainage holes on disc.Instructions and site doesn’t list size so I couldn’t replace with a different brand,Instructions say to not “fill past max” line but there are no lines, marks or max line on the metal discs.Half the time my milk did not froth - only heated,

Fantastic machine it works exactlyasadvertised. It is easy to use and makes a genuine Italian espresso and cappuccino (it'slikeI'mback in Italy). Easy to set up and Easy to clean. This machine is quality and a great value.

Awesome so glad I bought this machine. It's easy to set up, prime and start making coffee. From unboxing to making all the drinks (single & double) it was a positive experience.The latte is my favourite. 😋

Frother wouldn’t work. Might as well just added cream to your coffee. The frother was hard to install into the machine

I love this machine! It’s near effortless! The espresso, cappuccino, and latte I made were perfect. Now, if it stands up to my amount of use, I couldn’t ask for better! Especially at this price. Oh, yeah! 🇺🇸 American made, too!

Il y a un certain problème avec le mousseur lors qu'on fait un double latté il sort de l'eau en fusion au lieu du lait. Pour corriger la situation je pèse sur l'icône pour arrêter le latté et repése sur l'icône du double latté et le latté ce fait très bien. J'aimerais bien connaître le problème
