Beautiful machine. I own one Nespresso machine for a couple years and I cannot live without it I purchased this as a gift for my sister’s anniversary and she was very happy,Will continue to purchase more as a housewarming gifts for my family and friends. Not trying to throw shade but it is much better than any Keurig, Makes coffee drinks comparable to a coffee shop or a Starbucks. Excellent espressos. Thanks coffee connection.

Pros: automatically makes ristretto, espresso, lungo, lattes, cappuccinos, or just steamed milk. Very easy to clean. Easy to use once you get used to it. Nespresso quality beverages.Cons: drink icons aren’t all that obvious/intuitive, so at first I had to look at the instructions every time to make sure I was pushing the right one. Tray for discarded pods is somewhat small, so needs to be emptied more often than I’d like. If there’s any water at all, it will start to make your drink even if there’s not enough to finish, and there’s no way to pause process. Important to check water level frequently to avoid this. It seems incredibly silly to me that you have to push a separate “on” button to turn it on. Seems that it could be programmed to turn on at the touch of any of the other buttons, rather than a separate one. Probably the biggest con: it’s kind of easy to forget to lift the milk spout from it’s storage position of flush with the milk reservoir to a level that will aim the milk into your cup. A few times since purchase, I’ve looked over to see hot milk shooting straight down and running all over the side of my machine and counter. There should be a sensor to catch this, or some visual reminder or something.

Get it. It makes YOUR perfect latte at any hour. You can program the buttons to make a latte with the exact amount of milk to dispense *and* water through the pod. No pod is wasted! It can make 3-4 regular lattes or 2 extra large per milk fill - and works with almond milk!Recommend running the ‘clean button’ after each milk use for good housekeeping.

This thing makes the best cup of coffee! We had one in our hotel room in Hong Kong and bought our own as soon as we got back. It is simple, clean, easy and fast. We stopped going out for coffee because it just doesn't taste as good as coffee from our machine. Pods are a little spendy, but they have a lot of varieties and Nespresso ones are much better than the 3rd party options. We like our coffee a little sweeter and mix our milk with 1/3 Italian Sweet Cream and it comes out perfect.

My wife bought this to replace a Keurig machine that we had replaced because of malfunctions. The machine is well built, but after 3 weeks of use I give it 2 stars. For one thing, the pods hold about 1 teaspoon of coffee. Logically if you think about it, how could you possibly get a shot of espresso from one teaspoon. If you try to make an Americano, you get about a quarter of a cup of coffee. Same is true with any of the espresso drinks. We even bought refillable pods using our own coffee. Same result. Only way to make a good cup of coffee is to use 3 pods, which is time consuming and not cost effective at $.65 to $.70 per pod. Not sure why there are so many good reviews on this product. I don't get it!

We are in love with this machine. This is our second Nespresso. I originally purchased the Inissia which started our Nespresso obsession. When we bought this model I brought the Inissia to work. We chose this over the other models with a separate milk frother because we preferred an all-in-one unit. We have not been disappointed. We use it daily and love the quality of the espresso and heated/frothed milk. Cleanup is a breeze. It takes up very little counter space with its compact footprint. Just wish the Nespresso capsules were available at more brick and mortar locations.

Great machine. I have been making my own espresso drinks at home with a semiautomatic machine for years now, and I started looking for a superautomatic that I could use at my office for salespeople and clients. I didn't want to invest in one of the machines that cost $1,000 and up, and I wasn't happy with the lesser expensive machines which either don't include a milk steamer or simply include a milk feather, which doesn't actually steam the milk. This machine, once adjusted, can make great espresso drinks with or without milk. I'm happy with the results and would highly recommend this machine to anyone looking for an easy to use espresso machine which can steam milk, all for a relatively decent price.
