Very fragile. Our first one came with a scuff on the front of the frame. Seller is quick and immediately was shipped a replacement from amazon. Both boxes came with some damage on the box. My 2nd frame was perfect on the front but had some damage on the back, which I guess is expected with this quality of a frame. Looks great! And the over all design is awesome. But the quality of the frame itself is just very weak and even when I pick it up it feels like it’s going to fall apart

Frame is nice abd heavy and not made out of thin metal like some of the other frames.

First of all: the one positive from our experience. While the quality is bad overall the presentation does "look nice" if you get it to stay together. It may be better just to spring for the more expensive versions of these, though. The construction of this one seems to be rather cheap (of course, yes- cheap price). They also dont seem to do themselves any favors with how it is shipped. There isnt enough protection for this to not be damaged during shipping.If it isnt the glass that is cracked (as other reviews will mention), you may run into what we did: the frame itself cracked at all 4 corners and completely separated on one side. Upon inspection the corners seem held together by very small, flimsy, and poorly placed metal brackets that I guess are meant to hold them together. They do so very poorly.Not wanting to completely junk this item: we stapled the corners since they will not be visible. And as mentioned: the presentation is nice if it were to hold together. However this is a POOR QUALITY item. So be warned.We are keeping it.

Turned out decent for the first time ever doing this. Didn't come with a hanger, or really anything to pin the jersey too - but the Jersey being framed isn't worth a whole lot, and it was my first rodeo framing a jersey. Could be better - yes, but could also be a lot more expensive. My biggest complaint would be that they didn't use a UV resistant glass / acrylic. Thankfully it won't be in direct line of sunlight, and all my interior lights are LED. I was not a fan of the default red color, but what they don't tell you is - you can flip the red around and get white, or like i did, just put the red part behind the black background. I'm very happy with how it turned out.
