This product works great in my daughter’s room which was previously my game room . Although I had to improvise a lil bit because the slide for the window was not long enough it still has my daughter’s room cold. Not cool but cold

Junk they say it cools up to 380 ft.². It won’t cool down my 190 square-foot room at 85° outside. Buy something else it’s junk. i’d send it back, but it’s too much of a hassle. That’s the problem with buying over the Internet.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Great price. This is the second one of these portable AC units I have purchased. They're basically a no name brand made in China.They have been working very well so far. I placed this one downstairs on the kitchen counter so it could reach the window which is placed up high.The hose is long enough to reach most windows when placed on the floor however.Well made and keeping my small kitchen and attached living room cool so far.

great air con for the price, it does put off a lot of condensation in more humid regions so i hooked the water output up to a 5 gallon clear container and that works great. i would recommend this product.

This AC unit is perfect to keep the bedroom cold when sleeping! It keeps up with the Texas heat. We have purchased 3 of these for 3 separate rooms.Also, our power was out when it was 90+ outside. We plugged in the AC unit to a generator, and it melts the bedroom cold enough to sleep without power to our home.

We are renovating a home while living in it and installing a whole new system from gas to electric. Since this past summer the temps were in the triple feels like digits, we got this bad boy. We put it in our room which is a 12x13 or a little bit bigger, and it's kept it icy!! It's absolutely awesome! Amazon thankfully delivered it gently and carefully which is a major plus. We did have to make adjustments for it to not leak though. We got a super sturdy tall end table and set it on top of that so we could take the clear pipe it came with and insert it into the unit and pop it out of the window so it would keep running on super humid days. The window slide piece that you attach the vent to wasn't long enough for our window, but my husband had an extra piece of board insulation from our camper. So we put it all together and it works. We only had one or two instances where it froze up with ice, but it rained pretty hard and we didn't think about cutting it off, so that was our fault. (Hairdryers work pretty well for that!) I love this unit and Id buy another one.** I also thought I read something about heat on this one, just be aware that this unit is AC only. Just wanted to clarify for anyone who's looking for both.🚨🚨 To pay 500 bucks and it only last a season and a half is ridiculous. Dropped two stars from 5 to 3.
