Save your money bought 2 units 1st stopped functioning after about 20 mins.2nd unit lasted about 26 hours.Window kit does not fit all windows well and seems designed for vertical sliding windows. Also exhaust vent did not fit well.. Windows kit has no weather strips or foam, which you will need.The whole experience has been bad.

Works really well! We use it in our large bedroom and it gets it COLD in there in this Florida heat. Fairly easy to install but we did have to tape around the edges of the window seal. Definitely does the trick.

Great portable AC. Plugged it in as soon as we got and started cooling really fast. Thinking of getting another AC unit so I put it in the guest bedroom.
