For those looking for a case that will fit the Canon 200-800 lens this works. Pretty good fit including the shade and a little space to spare. Was trying to get a Canon case but everywhere was out of stock. Also, the price difference was pretty large ($190 vs $40). This case is water resistant (Canon doesn't theirs is). Paddy seems pretty good. Not willing to drop my lens to test it. It does come with belt loop and strap. I actually used the belt loop to connect onto my backpack. Much easier to carry.

Excelente y resistente para guardar telefotos como 70-200mm.No esta completamente acolchonado grueso por dentro ( contra caídas) pero lo suficiente protegido para guardar dentro y cuidar de no tirarlo ajustándolo bien con su correa o cinturón.

Repost of review on JJC Padded Lens PouchesI figure that spending the amount of money that some of these lenses cost, the price of these lens pouches is a small additional charge to know that they are well padded and protected. The JJC lens pouches are very well-made with thick firm foam in the top, bottom and side. The floor of the pouch has a firm insert to prevent the bottom from sagging if a heavy lens is inserted. The lid has a small net-type pocket where you could store the lens cover and a lint free cloth. I like the fact that the lid is attached with a heavy zipper instead of drawstrings. The zipper tabs feature two mating loops to allow a small lock to be attached, mainly to keep honest people honest. It really provides no form of real security. The backside of the pouch features a belt loop with Velcro closure so you could easily hang the pouch from a regular belt or a camera bag harness. The pouch also comes with a clip on shoulder strap, which I don’t normally use. The top of the lid features a grab handle seen into the pouch.All in all, the JJC lens pouch provides excellent protection for any lens you put in it. Personally, I feel it is money well spent if you have the need for a lens pouches.

Works perfectly with the Canon RF 800mm and has enough wiggle room to leave an L-bracket attached to the lens. I have all of my other lens stored in hard cases I got from a hardware store but the 800mm is a beast that needs its own house. The lid has a mesh pocket on the inside that you can put the lens cap in or any other item you don't want to drop down into the case. If you are getting the 800mm lens, grab this case as well.

I am pretty particular about protecting my camera lenses. In this case, I was looking for a well-padded but not hugely bulky case for a Leica SL 100-400mm zoom. This lens is roughly the same size as many 70-200 lenses and nearly identical to the Sigma 100-400 DG DN. The fit is just about perfect without excessive slop, there is a nice shoulder strap if you need it, a belt loop, and a little carry handle on top. The zipper works well also. Around the sides were what I think are loops for a molle-type system if you need such and perhaps want to strap it to loops on the outside of a backpack. A very nice, well made, protective lens case for your larger zooms.

Nice, foam rubber protection, comes with a strap, looks good, and the XXL fits the lens I want to protect. Note that there's another user here with a similar lens where this size didn't work: do note that that lens is for Sony E mount which is mirrorless and therefore the lens is longer to account for the shorter focal flange distance, which is why this pouch won't fit that lens but will fit the shorter DSLR lens that I have. I keep it in the pouch wrapped in bubble wrap for extra protection and it still fits inside.

I ordered this pouch to protect my big and expensive lens.This is a very big lens and it fits perfectly inside the pouch. Even with its lens shade.I like the 2 straps around the pouch. You can singe them in order to have a better fit for your lens. This way the lens won't wobble inside the pouch.The padding is also thick enough to protect the precious lens.

I'm quite new to the hobby, so storage (long term and short term) is still something I'm developing. Despite being new, I've already accumulated 7 lenses and 2 camera bodies, which probably doesn't surprise anyone who's researching this product. I've opted for 2 forms of storage for now. I have a backpack style bag that can fit all bodies, all lenses, and some accessories. I also have a sling bag that can hold a body and a couple small-medium lenses when I want to be on the go (which is not super comfortable, but I got it for free). Alternatively, I got some pouches for the smaller lenses, so that I can chuck them in my normal backpack if I want to. Probably not the best practice, but I'm okay doing it with the cheapo lenses like the nifty fifty for example.But the big space/weight hogging my camera bag is a Tamron 70-200 f2.8. Yes, it fits in my bag with everything else, but there's going to be times where I would like to bring the large backpack but also pair down some of the gear. Typically the 70-200 will come with me, but in the cases where I need it removed from the main bag... it's my best overall lens, and I don't wanna just set it down somewhere.This product in XXXL fits the bill. The lens fits in there with the lens hood inverted, and the mounting ring on. The mounting ring does cause it to sit in there a little bit "off-center", but it's not a tight fit. The only minor criticism is that there is a touch of a gap at the top of the bag. I'm fine with it for my purposes, but it could easily be solved by just putting some padding in the bottom to eliminate and shifting or sliding from happening, and it's not even all that bad to be honest. I've always got the lens cap on, so I could shove a couple of old socks in there even.The alternative usage of this pouch would be if I wanted to include my Tamron in my go bag, but remove multiple OTHER lenses. I can just stick them in little neoprene pouches I have, and toss then in here for safe keeping, and for the sake of organization.The zippers, clasps, and carry straps all feel very sturdy. No real complaints regarding build quality from what I see. Might not be the most ergonomic piece of kit, or sized to the perfect spec for my usage, but I don't think that a size smaller would fit a 70-200 f2.8 with everything attached to it. So I can deal with the gap at the top of the pouch. I'd typically call it 4-stars for that, but honestly when you factor in the cheap price I'm happy to give it 5. If anyone handled it, they would probably guess it costs somewhere in the low 30s instead of the low 20s.

The XXXXXL (the 5.5" X 14.6” size) JJC Camera Lens Case is just what I was looking for. I was a little disappointed that my Fuji 150-600mm lens came with only a lager fabric lens bag. It would protect against scratches, but not much more. The JJC XXXXXL case fits like it was made for the lens. The case isn't completely cylindrical. There is a somewhat flat area where the top hinges with the body of the case and creates a flat'ish "side". This feature provides a place for the tripod foot to slip into. The padded sides are about 1/2" thick and should provide a fair amount of protection. The case come with a reasonably good shoulder strap, which I might use and a belt loop that I can't imagine using with a heavy lens in the case, although it might be useful to carry the empty case. Two adjustable straps around the circumference of the case might be useful to strap the case to a pack. Overall, I'm very happy with this reasonably priced case.
