  • Increases activation of your core muscles improving posture throughout the day.
  • New innovative ergonomic shape is more comfortable than conventional ball chairs with more surface seating area.

Strengthen your back and improve your posture while you work. Most office chairs will deactivate your core muscles overtime leaving you at risk for back injuries and chronic pain. The improved ergonomic seating system activates your core through it's instability while remaining comfortable enough to sit on all day. A rolling base with easy-to-use locks make this chair compatible with any office, and the optional risers make it a fit for people of all heights. Designed by fitness and health professionals to improve the core strength and health of anyone who uses it.

Had for less than 3 months and one of the legs broke off, the piece inside that the leg fits into is plastic and broke off.

I was excited to receive this chair, but the wheels keep falling off. The assembly instructions (with tiny pics) seem to indicate there should be some sort of connecting pin, but nothing was included/ listed. As others said, it is not for tall people as the football shaped inflatable makes you sit low. HOWEVER, I put a regular round fit ball in & it is a good height & more comfortable.

I bought this for my daughter that has ADHD. She needs to move while sitting and her desk and working. This gave her that ability.

This chair lasted a year and half and then one of the risers broke. We tried to glue it but that didn't work. I contacted the company and because they are based in the US they said they could do nothing for me and suggested I contact Amazon. Amazon was able to resolve the issue very satisfactorily. I will not purchase anything from this company again.

I have never had an office chair that did not make my back and hips hurt, I have finally found one that does not hurt, the J Fit!I'm not going to lie, I wasn't sure it was going to be comfortable, but it is, and forces me to sit properly. When I first assembled it, I wasn't sure how the ball was going to fit, it seemed so small, but after leaving it for one night, inflating it again, and then another night and then inflating it again, it is the proper size.

I had a big back surgery and ever since I can't sit in a regular office chair, even a good quality one. Since I'm an accountant I sit all day so this was a big problem. Then I bought this chair and it solved all my problems. It took only a short time to get used to it and I've used it all day long, 5 days a week, for 3 years now. I've had to replace the ball twice since my original purchase because it stopped holding enough air. I emailed the seller directly and for a very minimal price they sent me a new ball. When they replaced the ball the 2nd time they only charged me the shipping cost.I like the oblong shape of the ball. It's more comfortable than sitting on a round ball. Also it comes with a pump, which I don't have to use often but every once in a while I give it a little extra air. The first time I inflated the ball we used an air machine like for tires. It's just quicker that way. I like to keep the ball very firm.People joke around saying it looks like a space ship but I have to say most people really like my chair. The only caution is that although it's very stable, the base can tip over because it's on casters so don't lean too far back. Overall I'd highly recommend this product, especially over other styles by different companies.

Hard to know how many stars to give this chair. It's a very comfortable ball chair and was very easy to put together (no instructions needed). However, it is way too short. I am 5'4" and sit at a regular office desk. I am currently using a round ball chair and wanted to get a base with the back rest. The round ball with base I currently use is the correct height for my desk. It has casters but no additional risers. This egg-shaped ball is so small! I cannot use it because it's too short with my desk. I can't imagine that anyone would be tall enough to be at the correct height for typing. This ball should be taller, or make the base a little taller. It is 18.5" (as advertised) from floor to top of ball but it needs to be about 20-22" in height, I think, or at least provide additional riser for purchase. Unfortunately, I will be returning this chair and going with the regular round ball with base and back rest. I do think that the point of the oval-shaped ball is that it takes pressure off of the pelvic floor area, which is great, but it's just too short.

Okay I've only had this for three days and it took a bit to figure out the proper fill but I have to say this is working quite well.I have back issues, and mobility issues so I have a couple of different "ergonomic" chairs around the house, because I sit alot ,and using the j/fit Ergonomic Stability Ball has been the most comfortable and still I feel a difference in my core strength already.

I'm using this as a substitute for the normal executive office chair. The description says it works for a person up to 6'3", but it's more likely for those 6' and shorter. Unfortunately, I'm 6'3" and my hands are at an awkward angle when my keyboard is on the office desk. However, I like what it does for my lower back, and it provides a good amount of stability.

Amazing! This is the best thing ever for low back and hip pain that I was experiencing while sitting at my desk for work. The floor in my office is not flat so when I set at the desk I am always leaning to one side which was causing me a lot of pain. This ball chair has really helped alleviate the pain I was having!
