I’m really loving this purchase. First impression is that it does come with both the inflatable exercise ball, AND the fabric sitting ball cover. (I was concerned that it was just the cover). It also includes the hand pump, 2 plugs, a plug remover, and a manual. It took me about a min or less to inflate depending how fast you pump. The inflatable exercise ball has a nice thickness to it that it doesn’t make one worry that it will pop. It’s a blast to sit on. I can already feel my core activating just moving in small front to back motions. The handle makes it even more fun to move to different rooms. I want to thank the evil genius that invented this because an exercise ball cover that doubles as a chair? Why not!? I purchased this as an alternative to a traditional static chair to alternate with for college studies. The cherry on top is the plug remover! This company thought of everything that comes in this box. Get it. Get it now.P.s. mine had a hole on the bottom and I can see the black exercise ball. But I love it so much that the stitching looks strong enough to not return it. Don’t mind purchasing agin in the future if needed

The quality of the fabric feels soft and looks nice. However after sitting on it several times, using it for movement, the seams split on either end of the fabric. Would not buy again. Interior seams need to be reinforced.

Items (ball, cover, hand pump, pieces for plugging the ball and removing the plug) arrived exactly as described and I am impressed by the quality of the ball and the cover! I followed the instructions for inflating and had a bit of trouble, so I emailed the company a video. They replied within a few hours and said to give it more air. Sure enough it wasn’t fully inflated and now it’s perfect! The cover is well-made, fits the ball perfectly, and looks nice at our desk.

The product looks great but the ball does lose air over time (as in a short time - would need re-inflating every week to maintain the same firmness). But is comfortable otherwise.

I like the looks of this ball, the height, and (generally) the stability when sitting on it. I use this as an office chair.First, the good: It was really easy to assemble - I used the tips of other reviewers of making sure the holes aligned the entire time and had no issues. It is the perfect height for my standard-height desk. The fabric cover looks really super nice - it looks like a piece of furniture and not really like an exercise ball. The fabric is also comfortable and makes it much nicer to sit on in shorts.Now the bad: This ball has weird 'hard' spots. I cannot figure it out. It's like if you sit on it when the ball isn't in the perfect configuration it wants to push you off it in a weird direction. Like some of the internal exercise ball is thicker than others with less give, so if you sit half on one of those spots it pushes you off to the other side. And I've analyzed how I sit on the ball, and it definitely doesn't have anything to do with the seams on the cover (my first thought).If you can get the ball to sit on the right spot, it's legit the best chair ever. If you don't, it's like gravity has gone diagonal and it's super awkward and uncomfortable. I think it's the internal ball, so maybe getting another internal ball would alleviate this problem. If I end up getting another internal ball I'll update again.Summary - great overall, particularly the exterior cover, but inconsistencies on the internal exercise ball makes it a bit of a trick to get comfortable on. Once you do, though, it's a good experience.

I have asked to return the product but the return policy asks me to pay for the shipping. The product is broken. The pump doesn't fit the whole on the ball and I can't even inflate the ball and use it. The cap also doesn't fit the ball and non of the accessories fit each other. I definitely don't want to pay $40 to return a broken product. Can you give me a solution for this??

This is my second "office chair" ball. The first was to small particularly since it kept losing air. Just didn't have a good seal. It was not a Pro-body ball. I choose the Pro-body ball primarily because of the cover, thinking it wouldn't be so slippery. Unfortunately the cover's seams split during ball inflation as you can see in the picture. I contacted Pro-body for a replacement since the ball is great, much more stable and comfortable as a desk exercise. Instead of a replacement cover, evidently its a package deal, they immediately refunded the full purchase price. They said the covers on new balls are made with stronger seams. Mine is working with the split seams so I haven't tried the new improved ones yet, waiting to make sure all the old inventory is gone. The ball is great. I've been using daily for two weeks now and it hasn't lost any air. I am definitely going to buy another. Pro-ball has a great product that they are making better and they are very easy to work with.
