Den fyrkantiga brickan som ska klämma fast sågbladet vrider sig när man drar åt vingskruven. Bladet hamnar i helt fel position/inte rakt mot motsvarande fäste.

I got this saw for cutting sheet silver. Once you get it set up it does work...for a while. The thumbscrews have a bad habit of walking out while cutting, so the saw blades will either pop out, or if the length adjusting screw gets loose, you will suddenly loose blade tension and it will snag or break. The rectangle block clamps that hold the blade ends are too small, so they spin in the frame when you tighten them. This means you need to hold the clamp with one hand and tighten with the other. This makes it more difficult to get the correct tension since you don't have a free hand to flex the frame when installing the blade.Overall, it is finicky to set up, and it doesn't hold its settings so you will be setting it up often. I wish I spent more on a better saw.

Blade broke with in a hour of use, it honestly looks like they hot glued the handle on, the blades are find, not the best but nothing overly bad for the price but tue handle, its small, hard to hold and low quality.

I've never used one of these to cut silver, so maybe I'm off base. But the blades are so thin, that they're very difficult to install. Plus they break extremely easily. Now I know why they give you so many blades! Again, maybe they're all manufacturers blades are like that and need to be as thin as they are. But it's difficult to use and the blades snap very easily.

It's slightly annoying when the blades break but its easy to use and effective. It also came with a lot of extras so thats great. This tool is also less shaky then an electric tool and is precise!

I use this fine tooth saw for cutting thin brass, wood, plastic and other thin metal 1/8” to 1/16” thk. I haven’t used it on sheet metal but I am sure it might work. I mainly use it for brass sheet, wood and plastic in my model ship building. It’s a bargain as it comes with a nice assortment of blades. Changing blades is easy also. Highly recommend.

Great value and quickly despatched. The saw frame is cheap, but after fitting lock nuts to stop the clamps loosing, it worked very wellA brilliant kit with more blades than I needed.Tip: You MUST tension the blade well, and keep it tight by adding lock nuts on the clamp screws to stop them loosening. Blade breaks easily if it is not sufficiently tight.

The frame is good and sturdy, I kept breaking the blades every minute or so and complained here, but I never used this saw before and didnt realize the blade had to be under tension! If this is your first time with a jewelry saw please check out a video on how to install the blade. The teeth on the saw are super tiny so I suggest using your magnifier to aim the teeth. You've got plenty blades for a reason, these will break after a bit of usage. its the nature of the gauge I suppose.

When I first opened the package and looked at the blades I was very skeptical whether the saw could cut any metal. With the small blades I had to really look closely to make sure they were in the correct position. I purchased this saw to make small and intricate cuts in stainless steel flatware and cutlery in order to make pendants and bracelets. I have found the saw works well in cutting stainless steel if one is patient and does not apply much down force while cutting. This cannot be treated like a hacksaw as the blades are much to delicate. I found that during several longer cuts that I had to readjust the saw to ensure I had enough tension in the blade as it would start to deflect. I imagine it would work very well with softer metals such as gold or silver. Overall I am very pleased with this product.
