I was looking for something that looked more "adult" than a boom box, and wasn't huge, but that would play CDs, USB, and radio, w/o breaking the bank. This stereo fits the bill. As other reviewers have commented, the sound quality could be better, but for the price I'm happy w/ it.

Got this compact stereo for my smallish living room. Easy to set up, connected to bluetooth effortlessly. The quality of this unit is excellent--metal and wood, very little plastic. Lots of different modes to modify the sound and the remote works very well. Super satisfied.

I haven't used this yet but I'm already pissed off and plan to return it. The rubber feet fell off when I slid it onto the shelf. The speaker wires are only 39" long and my last system had 60" wires. Even worse, the system uses some proprietary plugs on the speaker wire so there is no way to add more wire without cutting and splicing the wire. I assume that cutting the wire would void the warranty. This is advertised as a 30-watt system however, the speakers say 15 watts maximum. I suppose that means 15+15=30, which is misleading. And for my last complaint, this thing was manufactured in October of 2022, 2 years is a lot of time when it comes to electronics. I wanted something new and up-to-date, not something that has been sitting around somewhere for 2 years.

Love this stereo I stream my Pandora via Bluetooth from my cell works great, all of the functions work very well, best 100 dollars I've spent in a while, and you can't go wrong with Jensen. Wish it had a Cassett deck also but now giving up my age. It is compact and doesn't need much room, my only complaint is the plugs for the speakers. You would have to splice into the middle the speaker wires to add more length if wanted the speakers further away from the unit. You have about 3 feet of speaker wire to work with. All in all, great little system.

The receiver/radio is relatively small, so it fits on our shelf with lots of room to spare. Doing the "Scan" picked up lots of stations & put them in "Preset" stations. I went through & changed the presets to the order I wanted The sound is clear & wonderful. My only wish is that the buttons on the unit had been on the front rather than on the top. Not visible on a shelf. But the remote works fine.

I was searching for a CD player for my old CD's. This Jensen unit has VG sound, but is a little light on bass. A great remote control device, easy to use and well made. The CD player was a little on the expensive side, especially when compared to lesser priced units, BUT, the quality is much better with this Jensen. The second thing that I wished it had, was longer wires for the speakers. Wires are approximately 5 feet long, too close to each other for good stereo separation. Also, with the inexpensive mini white speaker plugs, there was no way to make the speaker wires longer, short of cutting and splicing in longer 18 to 20 gauge wires. I even looked on line for speaker extension cords, and no-one made one that was compatible with these cheap mini white plugs.

wasn't expecting a lot, considering the price, but was greatly surprised. nice, full sound from such a small unit, and controls were flawless. we'll see how it holds up.
