Good deal. However, I changed out the carbineer to ones that don't twist to fasten. I don't have time for that in the middle of the night when I let the dog out. This seems strong enough so far for a 100 lb. husky.

Well made. Worth the cost.

Nice quality, Did change out the carabiners' thought for heavier-duty locking ones. The size was perfect for my 68lbs German shepherd, while still being lightweight and safe. He also could chew through it.

So far it's held up well. I didn't realize how short it would be but that's my fault. The clips are very sturdy which is good. This is only used temporarily since my dog is an escape artist so I don't expect this will last long.

The carabiner clips have a screw down attachment, so the clips won't slip and doggie won't get away. Very clever. If you leave the cable out in the sun however, it will fade. Very strong.

I should have noticed this in the photos but missed it. Both ends of this lead have a large screw close carabiner. In my past experience these don't stay closed. Also, it's inconvenient on the end you attach to your dog. I took off the one that's on there and replaced with a smaller regular carabiner - much quicker to put on and stays shut better. Also be aware that the lead is a stiff plastic like material - not a soft cord. Gets caught around my dog a lot so I have to watch him

The cable is decent I prefer these type of clips they seem to last longer.Cables do wear out so keep an eye on them if you have to tie your for periods.Haven’t found a cable yet that doesn’t break eventually. The price is very reasonable. We have a nonprofit rescue sometimes we have to temporarily use cables while we’re building new pens for some of the strays we saved.Always have shelter & fresh water.
