Not to bad, the paper is treated (as it was before) so that the oil doesn't leak thru....paper weight is a bit thinner though this is the only negative comment I have to make on this product. Other that thirds its a great item.

Just throw away and tape a fresh one onto my palette. A few times I had to wipe oil paint off so I had room for more colors, and it was very easy, but I usually just throw away after use. Very handy. I don't really care what color it is.

I'm a novice, but found the blending table on the inside cover helpful and nice large surface to mix acrylic paint.

Very useful both in the studio and when doing demos at shows or other on-the-go needs. The grey tone is good for seeing colors accurately, and you get very used to the effect.I use double-sided tape to stick one to a rectangular palette, which fits into a palette seal (such as Masterson Artist Palette Seal or the SAA Standard Deluxe Palette Box, both available on Amazon). I can pop it in the garage fridge to further slow drying overnight. You can easily trim this paper to fit a not-entirely-square palette and avoid potential problems. If you squeeze a "juicy" oil paint onto the paper, the edge of a shop-towel-on-a-roll can soak up the excess before it travels.I've also found it useful to let used paper palettes dry (adding the title/date, and sometimes notes), and saving them in a file drawer, because it's not always easy to remember what assortment of colors contributed to some really nice teal I mixed a decade ago.Heavier palette papers have certain advantages, especially in plein air conditions, but a trimmed, well-taped one of these will serve about as well.

Paper palettes are great tools for painters as they help to mix the colors. They replaced the good old wooden palette, but they are plasticized. you can use them with any media like acrylic, oil or watercolor. Their dimension is 12 x 16. They are many varieties of paper palette in terms of size and colors, but I advise you to opt for white or grey in order to make your mixes and obtain the right color for a successful painting. If you do not know what I mean I invite you to have a look at J. Adler's color theory. When you have finished to paint you just tear the sheet of paper and throw it away OR if you paint with acrylic or oil and still have a lot of painting just put it into a big wet box with a sponge sheet. They are 50 sheets in total so it should last for a while. I love the fact they are a few info inside like a wheel color for example.Very good product.
