Love this 3 way water filter. I refill water bottles, use this filter for my 'water in the door refrigerator' and also use it to make my coffee. It takes all of the nasty taste out of the city water. Easy to install.

Install was very easy, water tastes great. My faucet started leaking internally after a year of daily use, so I called the service line and they sent a replacement faucet the next day. Although the faucet leaked, the support from the company was exceptional and I would recommend buying from them. Thanks again!

We bought this in August and it had a problem with the faucet and so we got in touch with the company instead of returning it. Laurence helped us and had the problem fixed within a few days.The unit is outstanding, wish we had gone for this years ago instead of the filter on the end of the faucet (Not sure if I can write the name). It took about 15 mins to install, it is really fast delivery of water compared to the old one, tastes great and has not shown any leakage.Please note, if you have a pre-drilled hole in your sink for a soap dispenser it will fit in there, but only just. (The hole is almost too big). We are happy as clams with this unit.

The unit is well built & it feels very sturdy. Unfortunately, it was missing the front & back washers for the faucet. I emailed customer service about it. The following day, Nick replied & said he would use express courier to send me the missing parts. I also asked Nick if it was possible to send an adapter that would allow me to connect to an existing valve instead of using the valve supplied by iSpring. To my amazement, Nick made the promise. The parts arrived a few days later. Installation was very easy. There was no leakage at all. You have to make sure not to over tighten the connections. I decided to purchase tubing from my local hardware store that had 0.17" inside diameter instead of using the one supplied by iSpring that had a smaller 0.142" inside diameter. I believe that made the flow rate better. There is no issue with the taste of the water, this coming from someone who switches from a Reverse Osmosis system. The only thing I don't like is there is always a droplet of water hanging at the end of the faucet after every usage. However, it's only a minor issue. I would like to thank Nick for his excellent work & all his help!

I'd give it 4-4.5 stars but customer support was so good I bumped it to 5.PROS:- I did a lot of research on cheap filters and this is what I decided on. Quite happy with it.- Great filters in terms of quality of filtration. If flouride is a problem for you, consider their RO filter tho.- Filters last a long time and are VERY cheap to replace- Water tastes really good- Customer Support was excellent- I like how much water comes out of the spigot - quite fast/ quick fill plus clean & clear. My prior filter was so slow.- Nice aesthetic and look above sinkCONS (most all our minor and can be managed easy enough):- It wasn't too easy (or super difficult) to install but I was able to do it with my father in law in 1.5 hours and have basic construction experience but it wasn't too difficult if you have some skills - drilling a hole in our sink was the hardest part but may not be necessary for you as we have an old sink.- I had some problems with a plastic taste when I first installed it. I took it apart a bunch of time trying to troubleshoot. Nothing. I went back and forth with support for quite awhile with support and they sent me new filters which fixed it. Tastes great now. Very happy with filter and service from support at this point- With replacement filters now installed, taste is really good. This is a very minor criticism but taste could be slightly better. Not sure it's the right word, but it's very very slightly astringent (???) - mouth is (rarely) a tiny bit dry after drinking it. I add a tiny bit of pink sea salt to it and it really helps so maybe some minerals/ salt to add back in would help. But that fixes it and is good to ingest anyway. It's still a good taste and by no means a bad taste/ experience. I know their other fancier filters have the option to add minerals back in but I opted out of it so that's my bad. If I remember, I think this happens to filters that do a really good job of filtering. Then the minerals all get filtered out of the water thus leaving the water more pure - which is good. But then that sucks minerals out of your tongue when you drink it or something. I'm no expert but I remember reading that I believe. The salt then solves the issue by getting minerals back into the water and softening it before drinking.- The filtration unit was bulkier and heavier than I expected so check your under sink dimensions. It fits, works, and handles fine for me tho. But check the dimensions on the page. Mine was a tight squeeze but I should have checked that prior. It then also takes up more under sink space than I expected limiting storage underneath.

I bought this system to filter water for a plumbed Keurig K150P coffee maker. The one filter solution recommended by Keurig is not that good. The filter quality or capacity is nowhere near the level that iSpring offers. It takes 2 stages to get the Chlorine taste out of the water. This 3-Stage system is outstanding. The water taste great and there is zero waste like there is with an RO system.I believe this is one of the best water filtration systems on the market. The price is fair, the company has an excellent reputation, the filters are built well, and it comes with every piece and part needed to hook it up. Most systems require a few trips to Home Depot to figure out all of the parts, line sizes, etc. that is needed. This one comes with everything you need including a faucet! I personally did not use the faucet and plumbed directly to a coffee maker, but it is certainly nice that they provided one. I assume most will use this system for drinking water. It is also super easy to Tee one of the lines if you want to provide filtered water to more than one location (e.g. Ice Maker, Coffee maker). These 1/4" plastic T's work perfectly (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B013ZX72ZE). The company ships more than enough feed line for most normal sized kitchens. If you need more it is easy to find 1/4" plastic ice maker line. They sell it everywhere.The only thing to keep in mind is this is not a small unit. It is big. It takes up a lot of space and it needs to be screwed to a wall/cabinet. It would not be a good idea to let it stand on its own. If it fell over it could cause problems with filtration. The advantage to the size, however, is it has room to hold quality filters. It does a great job cleaning the water. Our coffee tastes as good, or better, than most commercial shops.I am very, very pleased with this purchase. I highly recommend iSpring. Their customer service is excellent as well. Email them any question you have and they respond quickly.
