The product was easy to install an assemble with decals to place on the wall where to drill the holes. Tested the water before and after and showed significant improvement.

I've been using this filtration system for about a month now. It was easy to install an I'm very satisfied thus far with the performance. I'm especially pleased with the customer support at Waterdrop. I've called with several questions about the system both before purchasing and after installation. Most recently spoke to Martin on filters. I feel the company will be around for awhile and nice to have a real support person to talk to.

Installation was very easy. Water tastes great! A few months after the installation of the water filter, the water dispenser in my refrigerator stopped working because the line inside the refrigerator froze up.I had a refrigerator repairman try to fix it but couldnโt.I called Waterdrop technical support and in a few minutes, they sent me parts to install the included water faucet that I had misplaced for free!!!Iโm very happy with the quick service I received Waterdrop and I highly recommend them!

Design is great and it was super easy to install. The ability to quick connect the main body makes this a no brainer. I have horribly chlorinated water here in the PNW, and it clears out any smell or taste of chemicals without sacrificing water flow too much. Overall its a great product and it works as intended without breaking the bank.

Fit under the sink easily and was very easy to install. Cleaned up the colour and taste of the water. Water flow was reduced but not enough to be concerning. It will reduce the cost of buying bottled water.

This Waterdrop filter system yields clean, fresh-tasting delicious water. There's no residue or foul taste from the city water. It took about 15 minutes to install with the faucet.Highly recommend.EDIT:Downgrading from 5-stars to 4 now that I've had this filter for 8 months. There are no automatic features on this water that tells you WHEN the filters need to be changed. You have to use your own judgment.Filter change time-frames are as follows:PP - 6 mos.GC - 8-12 mos.CM - 18 mos.Any bowl or a pot that "sits" with the filtered water in it has a white ring around the perimeter.I've emailed and called Waterdrop about this numerous times, but got no response.Today, I decided to downgrade my review from 5 stars to 4, when I saw the white rings again on a stainless steel pot and my pet's water bowls. The water TASTES fine but I'd like to know what the "white" residue is.Is it calcium? Whatever it is, it should NOT be there.

I bought this system to replace my older single filter Waterflop system which blew out and flooded my kitchen. After all, now I can have three filters that can blow out and flood my kitchen. Anyway, you would think Waterdropโs hoses/fittings would be standardized. Makes sense, right? Nope. The new metal hoses do not work with the faucet that came with the original Waterdrop system I installed 2 years ago. Those water lines were white plastic with quick connect connections. These new ones are like the hoses you get at the local hardware store, save for those funky connectors that go into/out of the filter itself. You will need to either a) get an adapter or b) purchase the DM-100 Vmasstone faucet (that comes with a variety of adapters for different R/O and water filter systems.). I bought the new faucet, which by the way is sturdier than the Waterdrop system.Problem #2: the new inlet hose didnโt work with my T-splitter that I used for the old system. So I had to buy a new T-splitter. What I needed to get was a double female connector to hook up the inlet to the new T-valve. So now I am waiting on that to get here. Not happy. After multiple trips to the useless local hardware store (they sell everything no one needs) I called Waterdrop and was on hold waiting for 15 minutes. When the rep answered, as soon as I heard him speak I knew we were going to have a problem. His solution was to send me plastic tubing so I would be running a metal hose in and plastic tubing out. Thatโs not a solution. Thatโs called cutting corners. Not acceptable. Waterdrop is aware of this problem and youโd think they would throw in adapters for people using their old faucet so they donโt have to spend more money to buy hardware to make this thing work.Trying to install this system has been nothing short of a nightmare. I previously ordered this system then cancelled the order. Changed my mind and reordered it and am so annoyed, I want to box this crap up and send it right back. They sell this on the premise that people all have the same plumbing set up which is a faucet with two spigots, one for hot, one for cold. My set up is not like that. I have a faucet and a single handle hot/water spigot that pivots to change hot to cold and vice versa. This is why I need the T-valve splitter. Also the line from my dishwasher is plumbed into the main water line. Itโs obvious the people at Waterflop never considered plumbing is not one size fits all. I have spent almost $100 on fittings/adapters/faucet/connectors to make this system work in my home. Iโm thinking I made a mistake. Please be aware that installing this system is not as easy as you think. Also, itโs absurd that Waterdrop doesnโt include a faucet with this filter system. If you buy the one for Washington DC, you get a faucet. I donโt live in DC and I had a Wayerdrop faucet that wasnโt compatible with this system because thereโs no adapter for the new hoses. Youโll have to buy that separately. The only reason why I did not buy a real R/O system is because I am limited on the space under my sink. Thatโs unfortunate because those would probably be less of a hassle to install.

I was blown away by the Waterdrop TSA Under Sink Water Filtration System's ability to reduce PFAS, PFOA/PFOS, fluoride, chlorine, and bad taste and odor from my tap water. The installation process was relatively straightforward, and the filter's compact design fits perfectly under my sink. I've been using it for a year now, and I can confidently say that the water tastes cleaner and fresher than ever before. The NSF/ANSI 42 certification gives me peace of mind, knowing that the product meets rigorous standards for quality and performance. In my experience, this system has been a game-changer for our household's water quality, and I would recommend it to anyone seeking a reliable and effective solution.
