Main Features:
1. The lens support is referencing to and modified from Canon original standard design, bearing is enhanced, details are improved, and added the features of quick release plate, more practical;
2. The lens collar is made of Aviation Aluminum, CNC precisely machined, surface anodic oxidation; split structure, built-in anti-skid patch, copper knob, stainless steel anti-skid nails;

They said it would fit my camera lens, but it did not so I sent it back.

ich habe im Dunkeln bei einer Großveranstaltung, im Gewühl der Menge den Original-Haltering für das Objektiv, vom Stativ verloren und nicht wieder gefunden,. die Camera hatte eine Geräteversicherung, die den Verlust gezahlt hätte, hätte Canon ein Originalersatzteil vorrätig gehabt... ich hab das der Geräteversicherung gemeldet und die hätte die ca. 150-200Euro für das Ersatzteil von Canon bezahlt,.. Canon schaffte es aber über ein 3/4 Jahr nicht, ein Originalteil zu liefern, weil die da keine Vorräte haben und nicht mehr herzustellen scheinen (?) Also kaufte ich ein vergleichbares Teil einer Fremdfirma, das nur ca. 50Euro kostete und seither nahezu genauso wie das Original passt und funktioniert! die Geräteversicherung zahlte die 50Euro zwar nicht, aber wenn ich da noch länger gewartet hätte, würde wohl bis heute noch nichts geleifert worden sein! Canon hat es wohl nicht nötig, für seine teuersten Objektive Ersatzteile vorrätig zu halten und produziert vieles offenbar gar nicht mehr, weil immer mehr Kunden nur noch mit Handys fotografieren? es wird trotzdem immer noch Menschen geben die für gute Fotos, teure Cameras bevorzugen, weil sie den Unterschied kennen und schätzen! Trotzdem sollte man erwarten können, daß für besonders teure Markenobjektive "der gehobene Preisklasse" (ein weißen Canon-Objektiv: 28-300mm, für ca. 2300Euro Neupreis!), ein gewisser Service und Ersatzteile verfügbar sein sollten?

Arrived on time and as described. Base does not fit directly onto my tripod but requires the adaptor plate normally attached to my camera. Not yet tested in operation.

The knob broke off within one hour. This could easily have resulted in dropping my camera and lens.
