It was easy to install if you’ve ever installed a doorknob before. The lock works. But the additional features are lacking. The thumbprint almost always takes 3-5 tries. But most irritatingly is that I cannot open the downstairs lock from upstairs. The Bluetooth NEVER connects. It’s going to connect to whatever door it’s closest to. And for whatever reason I cannot override it. Even when I try to create a password, the password doesn’t work. So I have to stop what I’m doing to get to the door and open it manually. I could have saved a couple dollars and put a regular knob if the advertised features weren’t going to perform AS ADVERTISED! Do not buy. 1/10 recommend.

Set up was ok. Quality seemed goodFinger print set up was fine. Except. Anyone’s finger print could open the door. Do not purchaseItem will be returned.

The coding touchscreen part work perfectly... However, sometimes it wont recognize my thumb fingerprint. But, for the price is good. Nobody cant get into my room now, thankfully(or,i hope so)...

Okay, here goes my story with keyless entry locks finger print. I help a lot of people taking them into my home, more strangers right. I do have a good judge of character (all glory to God). My issue is food and there is things I want off limits. Well, no one ever does it, I have some kinda ghost in my house, that enjoys setting people up😅 Well, I finally got sick of playing the role of Matlock acting like Columbo. And started getting these locks for my doors, pantry, bedroom, garage, my no no zones. Guess what got these locks made the ghost mad and he left, be careful he might be looking for a new home. Now because of this I had so many locks. This one is THE BEST. I actually changes all my locks to this one. It's been so reliable over the years. The first I got was chargeable seemed good until I needed to charge it, what do you do take it off to charge cause there is no plugs by the lock. Then I got one with a pass code, so unreliable but thank God I didn't give up. And finally came across this. It's been three years now. And must of my locks have changed to this one. I have purchased 4 so far and now my mom said she has the same ghost setting up her innocent son and taking things out of her disabled daughter's room, my sister and got her one and the ghost left, funny thing, now her son is asking for things he needs 😆 The only issue I ever had with this is when the batteries start to die and I change them no more issue. I don't know if it's just affordable but when I order it's less than what I paid the first time. I like to think the company feels for me 😆. Yes thos os the best and so affordable

The instructions were extremely easy to follow. My 17-year-old and I put it in together. Honestly, he put it in a he just needed my moral support. It was super simple to install and really easy to program not a thing wrong with it. I don’t know I sometimes, I don’t believe these kinds of reviews when something is great I always think it’s gonna be a bot or something that’s done or somebody that works for the company. I do not work for the company. I’m a mom of two teenage boys and 11-year-old girl I have a husband husband and I just wanna keep my boys out of my room. Anyway, if you’re looking for a simple installation that works and will keep the critters out of the space you need to keep them out of this might just be for you and the price was fabulous

I bought 4 of them and till date no issue at all. Been a month and works well. Built quality is really good. It is a heavy product. Easy to setup and use. Will surely recommend. But will also observe for few months.

I have a child who elopes, after reading a review about another parent who installed this for the same reason I decided to give it a try. I do have a keypad deadbolt facing the exterior so this is strictly for interior. The install was difficult, I am a single parent with little experience in swapping things like this and I also rent an apartment so the structure is a bit hard to work with. I did leave the original strike plate in place because the one that came with this did not fit. I have had no issues, this handle locks and unlocks just fine. Setting it up with a thumbprint initially is a little difficult and the screw for the battery compartment is finicky. Once you get past the initial install it is super easy and quick to add another thumbprint and change out between locked and normal mode. I do like that it has that feature in place so when you don’t need to have the handle locked it operates normally.I would recommend this item to anyone who has loved ones who elope whether they are young or grown. It is much better than the latch or security plate. Just make sure if you are using it on an exterior door that you have another security option in place as there is none on the other side.
