For exchanges, you will be charged for shipping. I didn't look closely enough at the details when I purchased...I have an older IRH helmet that I am replacing with this one. I love it still but it is 10yrs old and should be updated :(. I was wearing "medium" and now the only options are "small/medium" and "medium/large". The s/m was too small, and I exchanged it for a m/l which I am making do but I truly seem to be right in the middle - I have to crank it down all the way and it still doesn't seem snug enough.It touches the tops of my ears, and the buckle straps come from the outside rather than the inside. It's awkward and uncomfortable.Looks nice, but I really miss my old IRH :(

I have never purchased this brand before but will be in the future! Less than $10 more in price than the other and the quality is impressive. This instructor will also be changing my recommendations to clients !
