I don’t use a hammer often these days, but when I do I want a quality hammer that is balanced and won’t break easily. This has all three, and is a great size for me to use around the house. Glad I bought it.

I use this hammer in HVAC assembly, and its an effective workhorse. The main striking head is good, but the back wedge is excellent particularly at driving in pitsburgs and similar precision applications. I have been using it for a year and though it gets dirty and dinged up, it has no rust and no looseness in its assembly, and though the black finish on the hammer head has worn away, the steel itself is resilient and spotless despite no real maintenance.I have tried many hammers since this one, and I must say, for my work, I haven't found a better one.
