- How long take it to charge?
- Usually, the ball is fully charged in 2 hrs and keeps the red light on. The red light will flash red at low power or in charge.
- Will the rolling ball dog toy auto-start?
- Yes, this dog balls has a timer, while in standby mode, it will auto-start the game for 1 minute every 1 hour to catch the dog's attention to play with.
- How to turn on bird sound?
- Under any working mode, quick press button twice to turn on/off the bird sound.

Very entertaining for my dogs, but they did end up chewing away at the plastic and broke it. However, they are medium/small size dogs, so it was somewhat expected - not a defect of the product. But something to note if you are looking for longevity or have a dog that likes to chew.

My pups absolutely love this, and I love seeing them play. I really like the interactive mode because it will activate with touch or just come to life on it’s on occasionally to attract their attention! It’s durable and rechargeable which makes it very cost effective as other interactive toys I’ve bought didn’t last or you had to replace batteries constantly. I do find they play with both, but tend to favor the orange color… or maybe it’s just more fun to play with the same one 😉. Either way they love it. Highly recommend for small dogs.

This is her favorite toy after she figured out how to play with it. She barked at it nonstop at first!! We had more fun with her figuring it out than she did. She pulls it out of her box all the time now. It is easy to recharge, and the battery lasts pretty long. Make sure the one side clicks to stay on or will come off. The ropes have held up to her chewing and starting to show wear. Glad they provided an extra rope to use. Hubby laughed at it

I write a few reviews from time to time, but I have to say this dog toy is a perfect interactive toy to keep my little maltipoo busy for as long as the charge last. You have to charge it up after a hour of playtime. The chirping sound gets faint as well. Overall if you do not mind frequent charge, this dog toy is entertaining for your furbaby.

Really struggling on how many stars to give this toy. On the plus side our dog loves it! But the ball part of the toy is made from a hard plastic so when the dog picks the toy up by the rope and swings it around, and either ends up hitting someone in the leg (and it hurts) or our pup lets go and it bangs into something so hard I’m afraid it’s going to break something one of these days. I don’t think it would survive well outside so we’ve unfortunately had to take it away from her. The toy would be perfect if the ball part was made of a softer rubber.

Can someone please contact me as this product has arrived but it will not charge. Had plugged in and red light just keep flashing and wont charge, so when i push button nothing happens. I would really prefer a replacement rather than getting my money back at this stage
