- The plush cover is designed for crazy mode (bounce mode) and is suitable for slight chewers. It works best on thin carpets or outdoor lawns to minimize noise. The normal mode (roll mode) does not work with the tennis cover and is intended for hard floors only, not for chewers.

I have purchased 4 of these and will continue to. My dog loves this ball! It is durable and he is a hard chewer. The charge life on these are exceptional. The covers come off easily but my dog has not destroyed them. The covers stand up great to hard chewers. The cheerable balls do not even match these interactive balls.

Great product. It has held up with m 2 year old German Shepard. It keeps her entertained for hours. Good size (tad bigger than a tennis ball). Not real noisy, good design as it has 2 settings. It is a hard ball which is good so the dog can’t chew it apart. Soft outer cover .

I have an 8 month old Mini Bernedoodle. She is very active, very smart, and very curious. She has been following this toy around for hours, and is not bored of it yet. The cat even joined in to see what the fuss is all about. I work from home, and this ball will keep her occupied when I am in an online meeting or on a phone call. The ball seems sturdy, and the battery life so far is good. If your dog loves balls, I recommend you give it a try.

Absolutely amazing! My dog loves playing with it at home. It keeps her busy. She chooses it over her previous favorite toy now! The plastic does get a little banged up with my dog’s teeth when she grabs it in her mouth, but I’ve been able to avoid that by putting the cover over it when she’s playing. The noise is a bit loud when you don’t have the cover on, but it is significantly reduced after putting the sleeve onto the ball. It also bounces really well on carpet! We have a shaggy, longer type of carpeting and it was going crazy on it haha!Mine did break, the charging function was working but neither of the modes for bouncing or rolling was activating. Good thing they have a 1 year warranty and their customer service is outstanding! I reached out to their email about my situation, and they were able to get back to me within a day and helped me get another replacement shipped for free!10/10 customer service AND quality. I’d buy another one again for sure.

My dogs loved this toy and it was endless entertainment to watch them play with it. Then it stopped and wouldn't turn back on. I charged it, pushed the on button several times and it will not turn back on. My dogs are so disappointed.####Company sent another ball free of charge. I'll see how long this one will last. Company is doing the right thing by replacing the ball. Thank You for standing behind your product. After the ball last a few week I'll change my rating to more stars. My dogs really love this ball.

My dog loves this ball, the silicone that covers the switch does not stay connected ive lost 2 now by doggy teefs. It should be an screw in plastic. but the ball really is amazing my hazel cant get enough

The internal mechanism of this toy works very well, and the ball’s movement immediately caught the attention of my Boxer pup. He was absolutely fascinated and spent hours each day playing with it. However, while the toy’s design is engaging, the durability of the exterior leaves much to be desired—especially for dogs who tend to pick things up with a firm grip.We didn’t know what to expect since our pup hadn’t previously played with an interactive ball, so we supervised playtime and made sure to store the ball in a safe spot when we couldn’t keep an eye on him. Despite this, the ball didn’t hold up. Our pup wasn’t intentionally chewing it. He simply carried the ball in his mouth when we moved downstairs or to another room, yet the grip while he carried the ball caused significant damage to the exterior. Within about a week of regular use (approximately 40 hours in total), the ball’s outer layer became deeply gouged by his teeth.To clarify, my pup wasn’t biting down hard or trying to destroy it, but his natural grip while carrying the ball left deep grooves in the surface. In just days, these gouges made the exterior sharp to the touch and compromised the structure. By the end of the week, we couldn’t screw the cover back together after removing it to recharge the ball, which made it unusable. And I was dismayed that there aren’t replacements readily available.Overall, my pup absolutely loved this toy — it was engaging and kept him entertained for hours. However, if your dog has a strong grip or frequently carries toys in their mouth, this may not hold up as well as expected. It’s a great concept but needs a more durable outer layer and replacement hard covers to make it a long-term investment.

I don't often write reviews but this ball has been a favorite toy for a shepherd puppy. I actually expected it to stop working after several months but it's still ticking and my friends dog just loves it. Two slight negatives. The cover needed to be replaced and it does come off with the dogs help. And it's a bit of a pain to turn on and off but the overall fun it provides is more than worth it. It is a bit hard but isn't a problem.

My 2 year old Cavapoo absolutely loves this ball and it helped use up some of her endless energy. The cover is nice for cutting down on noise but my dog used the short strap to flip it around so I was afraid she’d break something doing that. Unfortunately, after 1 year it’s no longer working. She hadn’t played with it for several months as it was “lost” under the couch but I got it charged up and it was fine at first. But the next day it’s not bouncing around like it normally does even after trying to recharge again. I’m disappointed that it didn’t last longer but it is a very fun toy. I’d give it 5 stars if it had lasted longer. Even though it didn’t last as long as I’d hoped it would, I may end up getting another one since my dog loved it so much.

It took my girl a second to not feel threatened by the intense wiggles, and she’s not one to get easily scared.Plus side: very easy to recharge via a cable, will switch off when not used, has a few intensity modes, is easy for your pup to grab and fetchDown side: even though it has a soft cover, the ball remains really hard (don’t aim at the dog directly, it’ll knock them out lol), the most intense mode is frightening, as in -will it dismantle my dog’s jaw frightening, and finally, that’s just a me thing, it’ll randomly start wiggling out of nowhere and give you a good scare.But in all, it’s fun to have if your dog is easily entertained by motion activated toys. In my case, my dog plays with each toy for about one minute and moves on to another one, so at the end of the day it was just another ball.

my puppy really liked this item. the plastic cover for the mechanical section pops off easy. It got slobber in in it and won't turn on.
