Didn't read the product carefully and thought I was getting the rubber chuckit balls. When I received the package, it said chuckit tennis balls. In less than 1 week I had to throw 3 of them away as they split open. Each one only lasted one day. My dog is not a chewer and I've used regular tennis balls for months. However, the chuckit balls work much better with the chuckit than regular tennis balls. Maybe I got a bad batch, but at this time I cannot recommend them and have to give them a 1 star.

Did not last long. Good replacement if they’re going to fetch only, not good for chewers.

Purchased for throwing when in an area you can allow your dogs to run freely, a big bonus is they are easy for humans to see if they get lost in the grass or under hedges.

These are the perfect size to fit in the dog ball tosser. Great color to find them too. Bounces well. Durability is fantastic. Dog can chew on these balls, without them instantly falling apart. Great value.

My dog loves to play fetch with the Chuckit ball and they are sturdier than other tennis balls. He is a rescue poodle mix and weighs 56 pounds. I rated 4 stars vs 5 because they don't squeak. I am not sure if this would make them less sturdy for throwing as their weight is a little heftier than average dog tennis balls.

Our frenchie breaks regular tennis balls in a few hours. These are very firm and she can’t break these.

After playing for a few seconds the ball had a tear, after a few minutes the ball was completely useless and in pieces.

Here’s the thing, they were priced right compared to store prices. The sturdiness and quality sucks but I have a 75lb dog and she LOOVES balls. For the price of a name brand ball they were good… for like ten minutes MAYBE but she loved them so much I don’t regret it.They were all destroyed within an hour and all garbage within a week

No ball made for a dog will last forever if they are chewers, but the Chuckit brand far outlast the rest and I have used them for years. I have some that been around for 15+ years. They are well made, easy to throw and a good size for medium to large dogs. What does not last is the throwers. My dogs have manged to chew up and destroy every one I have every purchased so I just throw them by hand now. I also like the nice bright orange color which makes them easier to find. Not the cheapest you can buy for sure, but they far outlast any less expensive balls I have purchased in the past. If you have a dog that likes to fetch and/or chew balls, these are the best money can buy IMO.

I Bought the medium 2.5" set of two as a test for my iFetch LARGE. They worked! But they get very slobbery and wet like regular dog 2.5 tennis balls (and the crappy blue ones iFetch sent in the box and were destroyed immediately). I have also tried the rubber version of these which say they are 2.5" but the iFetch says otherwise! They are a tee-tiny bit too small. SO.... if you want better balls for the iFetch LARGE, the medium 2.5 do work and once they get slobbery the iFetch won't throw it as far. I trade out the wet one fore a dry one. After that... we're done until the balls dry.As far as can a Dane/Boxer mix destroy this - YES. Will only take a couple minutes if left unattended. I only pull these out of the bag of toys when we are going to use the iFetch. My big boy wears my arm out so I got the iFetch to go the distance.
