The Instant Pot ceramic non-stick inner cooking pot is Teflon, PTFE and PFFOA free, safe and free of harmful chemicals. The non-stick surface makes it easy to clean. Having a secondary Instant Pot inner pot makes it convenient when preparing multiple dishes with your Instant Pot cooker.

We bought this pot so that we had an extra one available as my wife sometime uses the instant pot more than once a day. Glad we purchased this one instead of another stainless steel pot. We now use this more often than the original that came with the instant pot because it is less prone to sticking. We haven't cooked rice once in the steel pot since we received this one. Downside is that pots take up space, but if we didn't have room for 2 pots this is the one we'd keep. Highly recommend; we love it!

This pot fits my instant pot perfectly. I've using this pot to cook rice. The cooked rice doesn't stick to the pot. It's very easy to clean comparing to the stainless steel one. I just use the stainless steel to cook food with water such as soup and stew. This pot is nontoxic as well. Loving it so far.

If you are looking for a non stick inner pot for your InstaPot this is what you are looking for. This pot does not allow anything to stick to it, I have made rice now many times and no more sticking to the bottom and sides of the pan. Get it now if you love your InstaPot like I do

I use my Instant pot quite a bit, but sometimes cleaning the stainless steel liner could be annoying because I seem to have a talent for making stuck-on food messes. The ceramic liner has really helped resolve that problem, less frustration and saving time cleaning up. It was well worth purchasing and I may get another one so I can start a second batch of something while one is chilling in the fridge.

New review after buying the 6 quart inner pot:We also have a 6 quart Cosori Electric Pressure Cooker. I took a chance that this might fit even though it apparently doesn't work in all other EPCs... but it fits, PERFECTLY! So now we have all the benefits of the liner for the 8 quart machine, but for our smaller Cosori cooker.I use it mainly with slow-cooker function. These are SO nice for making bone broth, which can form a ring... but with this any ring that forms cleans out really easily with NO scrubbing. Same with making chili! This liner is also great for slow cooked overnight oatmeal!I still don't use it to sauté anything... for that I use the heavier bottomed stainless inner pot that came with the machine. For pressure cooking there's generally enough steam that the stainless inner pots stay pretty clean. I do my rice as pot-in-pot in a round pyrex dish (equal parts rice and water)... usually the 7 cup one. When we've taken what we need for dinner... the plastic storage lid goes on, and into the fridge... no mess at all -- and the rice is perfect every time! But for those long slow cooks that can leave a stainless pot a bit harder to clean up... the ceramic liner is perfection! Both of these liners were the less expensive items that had been returned to Amazon. In both cases I chose ones which indicated no damage, and in both cases I received pots in perfect condition with the original packing materials (the inner styrofoam to protect the pot's rim) intact.Original review of 8 quart pot:We needed a second inner pot and had planned on buying another stainless pot, but found this one on a good sale because of being returned, so decided to give it a try... and we could not be happier! The ceramic interior is VERY easy to clean.I have noted the photos by people where the ceramic has started to break down on the bottom of the pot... this inner pot does not have the thick bottom disk that is a part of the stainless inner pot. I am also a bit surprised that the outside of this inner pot is also covered with ceramic. It would seem it might hold up a bit better if the outside had been plain metal, with the ceramic only on the inside of the pot.So... I will probably NOT be using this with the sauté function... but for cooking down chicken bones for soup, using with the slow-cooker function, etc --- and with that I am hopeful it will last a long time, as it's just a wonderful addition for our IP!

OH, how do I love thee, let me count the ways. This insert is da bomb. I got a new Duo Crisp for Xmas and decided to splurge and buy myself one of these. Boy am I glad I did. So much easier to clean than the ones that come with the InstaPot. Great for sauteing because nothing sticks! I just love this.

Firstly, this fits our 8 litre Instantpot just fine, lid seals without extra pressure.I popped some boiling water in & a squirt of washing up liquid in it to start it cleaning, popped it in the instantpot on high pressure for 15 minutes for the soap to permeate & steam off the walls any residual gubbins (also naturally cleans the lid nicely ;)Whilst I personally (the husband) have never had a problem with the stainless steel pot ..fact is it is great, the instantpot is great, & if I could find another 8 litre unit I'd buy another for side by side cooking (also use it for sous vide) ..my wife complained that the rice she cooked was claggy & burnt on the bottom a bit (I put it down to her "fast cook" technique with zero rinsing (I.E. pre-wet rice). The finish on this pot is smooth, the pot is light (when empty) lighter than the s/steel versionApparantly it is dishwasher safe, however those who already own an instantpot likely clean it frugally with a little bit of hot water & washing up liquid rather than taking all that bottom rack dishwasher space ...because they clean easily, ..this in theory cleans even easier, ..just don't use anything that may score or flake the layer!I look forward to cooking more egg recipes with added confidence.NB when washing it din't confuse a scratchy"green" scrubbing plastic side of a kitchen sponge with a white sided one, ..the WHITE tends to mean it is ok for this type of enamel surface. However, as mentioned before, a good soak & steam / pressire cook with hot water, washing up liquid & being left overnight will make light work of built on food residue to the interior of the pan, thereafter, a hot wash in a dishwasher should take care of remainders without having to lift a finger, (ie not wanting to scrub the surface hard) ..I just used saute mode for some noodles with chicken & teriyaki sauc, (a quick kid fix to teach our kiddo to make a basic hot snack meal) ..the residue from the noodles burnt on the inner base came off a treat when the above cleaning method is observed, ..only serves to make this my lazy teen / student digs device recommendation!
