PROS: the product is easy to figure out. And it definitely adds some difficulty to the workout. I typically kickbox 6-10 rounds and can only do 4, maybe 5 with these on. I’ve had them for about 10 months now and use them once a week to add variety. My hips ache by round 5.CONS: after a long period of use I can only award two stars. I had to buy additional arm sleeves to where because the carabiners on the wrist straps frequently pinch. Sometimes the wrist ‘biners come off completely mid round somehow. After 10 months of ownership and maybe 40 uses, one of the arm cords just snapped in half. I’d love to say it’s because of how inhumanely strong I am, but a better explanation is that it’s not great manufacturing quality. I tried emailing the company’s published support address with a polite request for help, but after a week I’ve heard nothing.I like the idea of this sort of product but this one was a lower priced tier and I guess I got what I paid for.*** update Sept 2024: the company reached out and offered a full refund, much more than what I had asked for. I accepted and have reordered this same product again. As my post indicates, the pros were what you would expect and I was happy with the product overall until it broke. I’m happy to give it another try again and appreciate the customer service.*** Update 1/2/2025: after repurchasing this product a second time after the seller gave me a full refund, I have again experienced a snapped band. This time it was only after a few months of use (maybe 1x per week). Definitely not a long lasting product, that’s two in a row. I’ll look elsewhere for my next resistance band product.

I have a daughter that loves volleyball. I wanted to encourage her so I bought this product. Leg strengthening works! I opened the package and I could fill the resistance bands. She wears them and practices with the belt and bands on.I would like to see the bands be a little adjustable. That would be a nice feature to add. But at this point this product does include that option.

These have been great for strength training and also working on our jumps. I would recommend this product for anyone needing to build leg strength and increasing their jumping span.

I am medium size and medium build. had the other cheaper one on 60lb. Saw good reviews on this brand, so bought this 120lb to try.This one definitely stronger in design. Have wider adjustment range for different waist size and ankle size. The cord is shorter than the other brand I had. So feel the strength better from the beginning of squatting.Come in nice box. Carrying bag is definitely a plus. I had too many small equipments scattering on the floor.Just see how long it will hold. Will update

the only other equally effective full-body workout I can think of is swimming, or the classic versa climber. i train boxing, do shadow boxing with heavy gloves, etc.....this thing is ridiculous.even if you don't use boxing techniques, just move around lol. play with it, freestyle....use different movements. i joked with my friends that i would just wear it around town. great stuff. highly recommend.and the equipment is high quality. worth the money. i read a review that said it's uncomfortable, or awkward to use....i can't disagree more. they may not be using it properly, or wearing it correctly.love this thing.
