Good quality, exactly as described and with some give in the box. Great for at-home plyo moves. The lower height is great for me getting back into box jumps and inverted push-ups. Recommend.

got this for our home gym. i’m 5’2” and it allows me to reach out high bar for supported pull ups. you can also use it for other movements. pretty large in size and material is great quality!

After finding a video on ground to floor transfers, we kept looking for the same type of “box” without knowing the name . Finally saw this box and ordered it and it is a game changer! Sturdy, yet soft enough it doesn’t hurt & sturdy enough hands don’t sink making it safe to keep steady while pushing off of it. 12 inches was the perfect height , like a middle point from floor to chair

I bought two of these (6" and 12") for doing box jumps at my house b/c I wanted something larger than the small wooden box at the gym. Have used this one for single-leg jumps and it's got just the right amount of cushioning and is heavy enough not to slide at all on the hard floor.

So I didn’t need this for working out, my 90 lb dog won’t use a ramp and needed some help getting in my Jeep Wrangler so I needed a stepping stool big enough and the 12’ works perfectly! Highly recommend to others with older large dogs!

Bought these for my sons birthday- Loves them! We all use them for workouts! Sturdy, good quality! Was going to buy the other blocks that rotate for different sizes, and less expensive , but definitely glad we picked these! The individual blocks will not disappoint! Worth it!

I got the 12-inch version. For being 5'2" this has been a game-changer for hip thrusts. It is strong and stable box but soft enough to still be able to lean on it and complete my workout. I have been using it religiously for about a month and the firmness has not changed.
