I bought these to use as a training device to accentuate bending at my knees (vs. waist) while playing pickleball. Knee bend is crucial for greater consistency and avoiding back problems. They work great!I wear this for a few games then remove it as I create good habits as a function of the training device.Highly recommended..

My daughter uses this for vertical training and she likes it so far. Quality is okay and she says it is comfortable. She looked up some YouTube videos to get workout and training ideas to use this with, so it’s actually versatile. This fits my daughter who is a size 4, but it also fits me & I’m a size 12. Easy to use and feels secure when properly used.

Really good for aspiring hoopers. Really emphasizes the muscles you use for jumping. Calves, quads, hamstrings, and core muscles. Kid has only been using it for 1 month or so but definitely getting stronger.

This product must be made for people with long legs, even though their description says nothing about height or more importantly, leg length. I got it all out and put in only to discover I could stand fully straight with zero tension. There’s no way to adjust it.
