At first, I was a lil skeptical about whether I would return this box... but after using it a few times, I wish I would have gotten this sooner... I Love the different levels for jumping! Soo much better than a stepper. Because it’s soft but sturdy enough for tons of uses. It has been a game changer for my HIIT workouts:)I use it as a bench for weights and for stretching out after workouts:)

Great, lightweight jumping box. We use it at a wrestling gym for workouts and the soft material doesn’t damage our mats. It has been very durable so far. Works good for box jumps, step ups, dips and lots of other exercises. Very happy with this product.
