I like the sound. It does make the car louder at higher RPMS even with the windows up I can’t tell if I’m gas lighting my self but I feel like it pulls a slight bit more when flooring the gas but that might just be me wanting to believe my 150hp car is now a 153HP speed racer. Might make a video on this intake later. East DallasKicks. Also this is a 2 person job, thank me later.

Looks great, not too difficult too install. Took a couple hours. I have a 2005 mk5 Jetta 2.5 liter. The hole for the vibra mount stud is there you just have to move some stuff to get to it. My car doesn’t have an electrical temperature sensor but it comes with a rubber cap. Put that on and a zip tie to make sure it stays in place. Sounds awesome, has a nice snarl to it now. Installed red Audi coil packs so my first and second performance modifications. Highly recommend this cold air intake! Got the filter cover as well, I didn’t get a picture before I put the valence back in.

Loved the product, car feels a lot better now. Would recommend the hydroshield if you buy this item, as the filter does get some water splash on it from the grill. Overall, I'm super happy with the product. Also, since the item is CARB certified, there won't be any problem passing the annual vehicle inspection. The one complaint I have though is the silicone union is about half an inch short...the item hasn't come loose, but you can see that the throttle body used to be cover about half an inch more with the old air hose.

Immediate improvement on gas mileage and performance! 10 outta 10 in fitment! Minor increase in sound from under the hood when wide open throttle. I chose the polished version and it looks beautiful

Installed in less then 1 hr, if your handy and know how to take off the front bumper it makes it a lot easier. This adds a great sound to your vehicle and also helps with throttle pick up, highly recommended for anyone looking to give there 2.5 a little pep

If you take the time to get the front bumper off, this install is much easier. Gets rid of the bulky engine cover and you can really start to hear the car. Teamed this up with a Eurojet exhaust and the car sounds amazing now.
