This K&N cold air intake system is engineered for your vehicle. A mandrel-bent aluminum intake tube helps increase the volume of airflow to your engine and provides a guaranteed increase in horsepower and torque with no tune required. This intake system is paired with a washable, reusable High-Flow LIFETIME Air Filter™ featuring oiled cotton filter media. The oversized, conical design allows you to go up to 100,000 miles between filter services under normal highway driving conditions. A custom designed open heat shield helps protect intake air from the high temperature of your engine bay, and the entire system can typically be installed in less than 60 minutes. Decent intake kit, though a tune is required, regardless of what some may say. Without one, my g35 was idling high which eventually led to overheating on multiple occasions. If you want to upgrade your intake on the vq35, I'd recommend the stillen z tube, which utilizes the stock intake configuration (which is actually pretty sophisticated), which otherwise you'd be dumping with the K&N. Also, talk to guys on 350/g35 forums before making a compulsive purchase and potentially harming your car.

You can definitely hear the intake sucking up the air and getting louder as the RPMs go higher and looks super cool and about the performance I mean you can tell a difference in the throttle response but it’s not a huge difference in power but totally got my money’s worth

Definitely an increase in HP. I can tell the difference on my 07 G35 from the stock intake so it was worth the buy. 😁

I installed this on my 04 G35 6 M/T. I was initially hesistant because most people were recommending Injen. I was glad I went with my gut feeling on this one. The install took a little over an hour. The car is quicker on the throttle and I have noticed an increase in performance. You can hear this intake working as your RPMs begin to climb and it sounds amazing. The instructions are concise and even a newbie with no experience could easily install this. I would recommend this product to anyone.

You cant got wrong with a K&N! although they are on the expensive side of aftermarket intakes, it well worth the money! looks great under the hood and got of rid of a bunch of plastic parts that made up the stock intake. Certainly added more power and even has a turbo-like hissing at the end of each speed change

I was a little uneasy buying this intake but it was an easy and quick install, took about an hour. You can hear the intake sucking up air as your RPM's go up and I noticed I was getting better gas mileage. My car gets off the line a lot quicker and I can feel the power increase when I get into the higher RPM's. Overall I love it.

This intake was more than what I was expecting. I feel the increased power, the sound is incredible...SO LOUD. Scared myself, my two brothers, my dad, my cousin, all of my friends, and some random old man riding his bike hahaha. I also see that my rpm's at 55mph (state speed limit) have dropped about 200rpm's...which is pretty sweet...so it is definetly saving gas too which is pretty sweet.overall I love this thing, and for the price...not so bad.-God bless

This intake is awsome! I took my old intake out and put this new one in my G35 within an hour or so. I can tell a huge difference in the power and torque that I get when I step on it especially in the mid to high RPM's. One of the best things that I have ever bought for my car and I would recomend it to everyone!
