What I liked was the packaging and the carring case with wrist strap and a battery. I also liked the performance of the product.. selecting various items both in and outdoors it worked perfectly. From a car interior on a 90 degree day to a thawing beef patty in the fridge in gave instant results.What I disliked was the battery placement. The hollowed out portion of the handle , where the battery lives needs to be a bit wider. To get the battery to properly seat without damaging the delicate wires from the battery you need to widen the side with sandpaper or by shaving a bit of plastic off with a sharp knife.But...it does work and the instructions are in American English and are easily understood. Just pull the trigger and see your reading.Impressive tech!

It is a great item and excellent price. The laser thermometer accurately measures temperature. It is nicely built and fit in your hands nicely. I can use it to measure thing like my water temp for cooking.
