The outer packaging was intact, but the product box was badly damaged, with visible dents and creases. Upon opening it, I found the PowerPlay unit itself had noticeable damage, as if it had been dropped or roughly handled. It clearly wasn’t in new condition, which is disappointing. I expected a brand-new item, not one that looks used or mishandled.

I was excited to try this product, but unfortunately, it never powered on. It also doesn’t come with a manual. I had to search online for instructions, but even after following the correct steps—just like in the videos I watched—my unit still wouldn’t turn on. It seems to be defective.
