GOOD:• Works; independent testing says it's accurate and specific (within reasonable limits for a home antigen test)• Clear instructions• Good quality components• Low per-unit cost• Multi-pack—you need at least two if you follow proper protocol, and more is betterNOT SO GOOD:• Poor labeling: this many years down the road, why does it still use single letters to identify test lines (C, A, B, T)? Why not print "Control," "Flu A," "Flu B," "COVID" on the test unit? Competing tests do...• Dropper tends to drip quickly when first squeezed, easy to over-apply fluidBOTTOM LINE:You should buy this product. You should have these tests on hand, and use them when you feel flu-like symptoms—and if the results are positive, stay home and contact your doctor. This kit is reasonably priced and provides the multiple tests you need to test properly. While the labeling is annoying, it doesn't affect operation.

It was very convenient to accurately test at home rather than wait in an ER, Urgent Care or Doctor's office. The line was faint, but unmistakable Flu A and though I was very sick, I was able to order medicine to help with symptoms.

We have been coviding for over 5 years now, without catching a single virus. Wearing the best N-95's and even eye protection. A few weeks ago in February 2025 the unthinkable happened. My husband was in a packed room with people for 6 hours, the only one wearing protection, at the height of this flu/covid/norovirus/RSV season, and he caught something. Our son in very immune compromised and medically fragile, so we needed to test daily for covid/flu to know whether to give him antivirals. We decided to only test my husband since my son and I hadn't left the house in a month, and it would save us $$ on tests. We all ended up with bad respiratory symptoms from this virus. We tested my husband for a week straight, and luckily he tested negative for flu and covid. We felt empowered that should he test positive we could give antivirals right away for either the flu or covid, as we had our own tamiflu and paxlovids on hand thanks to doctors understanding our son's precarious situation. Out of all of the covid tests that the government used to give over the years (we would test whenever we had a sniffle), this system is by far the easiest most stress free version there is. We highly recommend and feel very grateful to the manufacturer for having this test for flu and covid at the same time. It is probably saving lives of the immunocompromised and elderly. Thank you.

Accurate and saved us a trip to the doctors office. Easy to use. One suggestion for improvement - C should stand for Covid and T should stand for test. THAT makes the most sense to the average person. MOST people don't see C on a Covid test and think "control". And no idea WHERE you came up with T for the covid portion of the test. Even a #19 would've been more self explanatory than a T

We needed the test kit asap when we got sick and wanted to know if we had covid or the flu and if we were contagious. We ordered the test kit in the morning and it was delivered that afternoon. The test was fast, accurate and very easy to use.

It was nice being able to use one test for testing for flu A, Flu B and Covid in my own home. The test was easy to use and accurately gave a positive result for flu A. I was able to save on getting tested at the doctor’s office, which would have cost me a lot more money. I was also able to give my doctor the result of the test to get a prescription for Tamiflu.

After reading the bad reviews I was skeptical but I ordered it anyway. A few days after receiving it my bf got really sick. I tested him for covid with another brand and it was negative. The next day he was worse with 102 fever so tried this IHealth 3 in 1 test. I followed the directions and even though it said to wait 15 minutes in a few minutes purple lines showed A and C(ontrol). He tested positive for Influenza A and not for Covid. He got the flu even though he got the flu vaccine a few months ago. Maybe the bad reviews were because of expired or defective tests or they didn't follow the directions. Thank you IHealth for a great product.
